Simond's Painting

We have used Matt Simond multiple times because of his customer service, communication and accuracy, fair prices, and not only great quality work but the above and beyond touches of detail he routinely pays attention to. I will continue to hire him for any painting project because I trust his expertise and can count on his quality. He is easy to be around while working and and professional, kind, and helpful with all questions and requests.

Excellent work. Great initial meeting, very fair quote, and impressive work ethic. I received plenty of options and recommendations and the final product turned out terrific. Would highly recommend for any painting job. 5/5 service.

Lesson Learned: Maine weather controls when outside painting can be successful. I recently contracted with Simonds Painting, Saco ME, a local firm that primarily specializes in painting. The very positive initial phone conversation with Matt Simonds resulted in a meeting at our home, then quickly reaching a scope of work and pricing agreement for prepping and repainting a 20â x 14â deck and railings. Uncooperative weather then proceeded to push out the start date. Once rescheduled, we found the job done carefully, cleanly and quickly. The deck now looks brand spanking new! Matt Simonds did a thorough job of paint removal followed by priming and painting the necessary coats. Further discussion turned to weather vanes. We had lost the previous weather vane several years ago in a heavy wind storm. We learned that Matt also has a wide range of experience in both interior and exterior carpentry as well as interior/exterior house painting. Further, he had weather vane installation experience as well. Thus, we are now delighted that a beautiful new eagle weather vane proudly watches over our home! We will definitely be scheduling much more work with Matt in coming months.

Simondâ  s Painting does top quality work. Some of things I really appreciated are the way Matt is engaged with the project and in finding the best quality for the reasonable rates, that he shares with you options and his opinion, and that he comes up with creative solutions.

Matt is a reliable and dependable professional. He did a wonderful job on our project. I would highly recommend him.

Showed up on time was efficient and did a wonderful job in a difficult area to paint. Cleanup as if he was never there.

Matt from Simondâ s Painting did an amazing job on the interior paint project I hired him for. I had heard very positive things from others who had hired him for similar projects, and after seeing the high quality work heâ s capable of I would recommend him without hesitation. He took his time, but still completed the project efficiently and with great attention to detail. From start to finish, his professionalism was impressive!

Matt is very precise in his work. Heâ s painted multiple rooms in our house and done a few odd jobs as well. Very pleased with his work and I refer people to him all the time. Best part is he is SO great at the clean-up afterwards too!!!
