Agreed to work in May 2021, paid $3200 up front to build two new closets, renovate a full bath, and painting. Painting started in June 2021 at which point Elysium stopped communicating with us (the painters were fantastic but they were subcontractors). We didn't receive any replies/communication until four weeks after the project started; Elysium informed us that the PM suddenly quit a week before and asked us for patience, which we provided, and there were sporadic text messages telling us that various subcontractors would be on-site at such-and-such day/time, but nobody ever showed up. Elysium was not returning our voice-messages, texts, or emails, and then all communication stopped. It is now late September 2021 and still we have not received a reply to multiple phone messages, texts, and emails. The painters were wonderful and deserve 5 stars but this was the only part of the project that was completed, and the painters were the only ones who actually communicated with us. We did not pay for $3200 worth of paint/patiners time, nor did we receive it. We hired Elysium for a job - unprofessional and dishonest are the kindest words that I can use when speaking about Elysium.

Scott came through for us once again. This is the second job we had Elysium do for us and we couldn't be happier. The outside of the house looks great! In fact we are now having them do our bathroom remodel, stay tuned and we'll let you know how that turns out, although I have every confidence we'll be just as please as we are with the first two jobs.

These guys were amazing, did a complete teardown and replace in a single day. The new roof looks great and when they finished they cleaned up spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elysium to my friends, family, or anyone in need of a new roof or roof repair. Thank You Elysium!
