Xander was AMAZING! he contacted me right away after I contacted Angi for roofing specialists and was able to come out to my home the next day to look at the project. He knew right away what the issue was and gave me several options of how to fix it thoroughly explaining each. He even took the time to bring me onto the roof and show me the problem myself. I had so many other companies try to upsell me without having seen my roof first hand and Xander absolutely did not. Not only did he fix problem but it ended up costing far less than I was quoted by other companies. My roof looks good as new now and I couldn't be happier!

Needed my metal roof washed off due to mold and moss buildup. Bullock Builders sent out Kayla and Christian. Kayla was a cross between a mountain goat and a machine, she worked nonstop (except for a very short lunch break) scrubbing down my very large roof that has different pitch. Some of it is 12/12 pitch. I was very impressed with her work ethic and personal comfort up on a ladder and steep roofing. If you want someone that will make you feel like you got your monies worth, Kayla won't let you down. Very pleasant and very professional.

I had a small section of siding that had rotted out and needed somw help getting it replaced. They worked me in around other projects cause job was small but made sure to get everything done. Really appreciate their approach and friendliness.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
