On time. On budget. We had an interesting conversation over their contract but the owner worked with me to come to an equitable modification we could both live with. There was a part of the work bracing joist that was cut out for the toilet drainpipe that was not done correctly. Once I reported it, I was told I was correct and that they would have someone back to fix it correctly. All that happened as they said it would. No big job ever goes perfectly. These folks stood by their sales pitch and took care of everything very professionally

The only issue was it took them quite a while to get everything ready and then to get the job scheduled as they seem to be very good at what they do and have a backlog. It was about 10 weeks from the initial contact, until they were able to start the work. Once they started, they moved very quickly correcting the issues and completed the foundation work within a week. They also did an incredible job cleaning up behind themselves and you would never know they were there.

Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. I have to say that my floors feel fantastic. No bowing. No bouncing. Plus their work is Lifetime!! So if we ever feel a problem we know just who to call!

CNT showed up on time and ready to begin. They took 5 days from start to finish. They raised the foundation and fixed the trusses and subflooring underneath. Matthew was very thorough in finding the exact point where everything was level again. We are very satisfied with this repair, and while I would hope that we won't have to do this again, I would use CNT in a minute.

Like anyone that notices their home is starting to crack and move you feel overwhelmed. After hiring a structural engineer to tell us what what was going on we began the search for a foundation specialist. I interviewed three companies and after research selected CNT Foundations.
We are very happy with the outcome. They met all my criteria and deserve this recommendation. I expect excellence, attention to detail and integrity when I pay for a service. Victor and his three man crew met all these standards. I was kept informed, involved and allowed to observe what they were doing. The job site was left clean, my home was not damaged and the job was finished on time. Victor was on onsite to supervise every phase of the operation and address my questions. There was immediate follow-up to see if I was satisfied and I my account was adjusted when the cost of the service was less than expected. Before you go with a company that advertises on TV everyday give these guys a try. You will be glad you did.
Charles Icard

I got an estimate from CNT and one from Mt. Valley for three piers to repair foundation issues. CNT charged $850 per pier plus $350 for engineering for a of total $2900; Mt. Valley charged $1200 per pier plus $300 for engineering for a total of $3900. It appeared that CNT was the better price; you will notice I said "appeared". There is a provision with CNT that only allows for drilling to go down 30 feet. After that it's $18 a foot. There's no guarantee, just an indication that 30 feet is generally all that's needed. Mt. Valley did not have any additional charge for footage no matter how deep it went. I thought I would save money with CNT and decided to go with them. Well, they came out today and, guess what, each of the three piers went down 90 feet leaving me with a bill for $6194. I could have had the same work done by Mt. Valley for $3900. The charge for additional footage ($3294) was more than the original estimate. I believe that they do this intentionally so that the estimate looks good but once you sign the contract and the work starts, you have no option but to let them keep going. $2294 - that's how much more I paid to the same work by using a "local" company. I am extremely upset about this. I should have had better sense that to sign a contract that left me vulnerable to this gouging price structure. Do not trust this company to be up front about the possibilty of exorbitant excessive charges. (Note: I cannot evaluate the quality with any validity because the work is all underground so I hope it's good quality.)
Too many problems: Biggest problem no one came out and did a site review prior to work to see what needed to happen. Instead of showing up the day of project with no clue of the difficulties.

2/19/16-After I posted my reviews of the company, my husband was called to ask me to review the ratings. I was ignored when I asked them to stop because of the deck issue and I was called difficult and a very nervous person. To date they did come back and and fix the siding, but they did tear up the deck and after my husband started to replace cracked boards he did find some damage to the supports on the deck that we will have now hire someone to fix. The company owner did come back and apologize to my husband, not to me, but my husband? Yes I was very nervous because they had already broke one deck completely and did not want the rest of my deck to break. Also be careful, they will give you a paper that states if you give them great reviews on certain websites, that I would in return get a 50.00 gift card, I call that a bribe. I thought I had done my homework, but I guess I was not through enough. Angie's list is not a guarantee that a company will do great work.

After giving us an estimate in Dec 2014 and constantly following up with us they earned our business. They installed 8 piers and 3 beams under our home and what a difference! Just walking across the floors feels so sturdy. Now that this has been completed we can begin working on our kitchen remodel. Thanks Again!

they were very professional and easy to deal with from the estimate all the way to the end of the project. Their workers were prompt and on time and completed the project on the day promised and in the time promised. They also cleaned the worksite very well when they were done. I would recommend them highly. A++++++++
Robert was our contact and he answered all our questions, raised several points which we did not know about and found useful in terms of the scope of work. We were satisfied with the completed task which was performed as contracted. What proved to be helpful was the additional information on the support requirements for the building which Robert took the time and effort to explain to my wife and myself. He was friendly and we had a positive discussion on all matters pertaining to the work at hand. We would gladly hire Robert again to do other tasks as needed.
Were the only company out of 6 that responded quickly to my phone call, were at my house for inspection and estimate within a day, instead of 2-3 weeks like other companies. The owner came out and explained clearly (in layman's terms and with detail how they would fix the damage.) He gave an on-spot estimate that never changed. My fear was that he would offer the estimate, then nickel and dime me out of thousands more, but he stuck with the original estimate. He seems to know the business enough to provide an accurate estimate on the first visit.
They came on time, finished the day they estimated and did a great job on the fix. The tile in the bathroom was not up to my standards, so I called Travis. He personally came out within an hour of my call. Agreed that the work was substandard, and completely redid the tile work for not charge.
This type of service can be rare. It took an extra day, but they left the bathroom as if it were new.
