Great service as always! Took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in Jan 15, 2020 to have the front struts replaced and an Alignment. About 3 days ago (Feb 24th) the passenger side wheel started making a popping noise when driving at speeds under 30 miles per hour. Called Coachman and they said to bring it in. Took it in this morning and they immediately took it in to find and correct the issue. Within about 1 hour got a call that the problem had been found and corrected. No charge at all to fix I have used Coachman over the years on various vehicles and always feel like they are very honest and do great work at reasonable prices and have frequently recommended them to friends. I will certainly use them again and continue to refer friends to them. Thanks Coachman Automotive Team!

I have been driving for 50 years and have had many relationships with various auto mechanics over the years. I found Coachman about 10 years ago. They are undoubtedly the best mechanic I have ever had and yesterday is a great example of how they operate. I took my 2004 Honda mini van to the dealer for an air bag recall and in the process asked them to look at an oil leak. When I picked the car up the dealership had a comprehensive list of numerous items for over $8,000 of repairs. (on a vehicle worth $1,000) I called Frank immediately and he had me bring the van in the next day. He confirmed most of the items on the list and advised me to park the van. I had already begun my search for another vehicle fearing the worst for the van. Frank consulted with me on the purchase of a used Cadillac CTS and will be inspecting the car when I find one, prior to making the final purchase. He performed all these AT NO CHARGE! In summary, they run a no-frills, professional, honest operation with integrity. Something you do not always find in their industry. And oh, by the way, they know what they are doing. thanks Frank and Frank.

Like having your hometown mechanic. All services professionally done and competitively priced. Honest and clear about what was needed and what was not.

They could not locate the problem with the flickering lights (replaced a headlamp anyway), so the owner condescendingly (and loudly - in a waiting room full of people) asked it I knew how to turn the lights on. I told him I bought the car new 10 years prior so I obviously knew how to operate the lights. Instead of simply saying "We can't duplicate the problem" he was rude and obnoxious and charged me for a light I didn't need. That night the flickering reoccured, I took it to the dealership and they diagnosed and repaired a short.

I've used them for over 15 years and they have been the best quality.

Would have given A+ rating but unfortunately they couldn't figure out why my car was stalling out.Only charged me for oil change that I requested.Fair,honest and quality automotive repair shop!!!!!!

They did some really good auto work on my car. I really trust them. They're good guys. In the last moth, I've been in twice. I checked with another shop and their prices were in line with them. They're really nice with their customers and they got me out a lot sooner than expected, so I was glad. I told them, "Go ahead and take your time." I knew that they were rushed, but they got me out early. It thought that was great. I heard them talking to other customers and they were just so honest. (They didn't know I was eavesdropping on conversations, but...) Being upfront really matters to me. I think they're upfront and honest and that's so important in automotive work. They did the tie rod this time which is important or your tire goes off. Someone told me it's really, really important so I went and got it done.

They're good. They can get real busy, but they consistently are very good. Most of the time it doesn't take very long, we spend hours, depending on the complexity of the repair. Every once in a while they've gotten backed up. The waiting area is really clean. They don't smoke inside the office at all. Everything is clean. The workers were great. It was fast, the worker was nice. I actually went to the garage and the garage wasn't filthy either. He was professional and nice. I had dealt with him before actually, he had done something.

Dealer quoted $1500 for the repair. Coachman fixed it for $163, tax included. How do you think it went?

I waited while my car was repaired, and while there was able to observe how they handled customers. They were very honest and professional. Going back to have motor mounts fixed.
