I paid $409.00 on my credit card for a commercial stove filter that Ronnie ordered in April 2025. I questioned Ronnie when it did not
arrive within a normal time window. He always had an excuse. Finally, I asked for a refund which he agreed to but I never received the refund. In October, I took him to small claims court. The judge ruled in my favor and Ronnie was to pay me by Dec. 15, 2025. He has defied the judge?s order and has not paid me.

Ronnie owes me $1200.00 for parts that I prepaid for which have never been delivered. The last time I spoke with him about the Job he said he is going out of business. Stay clear of this business.

Repair or Service a Clothes Washer or Dryer
I hired Ronnie Satterwhite to replace my washer dryer. Very long story short after two botched scheduled delivery dates and many excuses for being ghosted and for why the washer and dryer I paid cash for were not being delivered I requested a refund. Ronnie did give me a partial refund and agreed to pay the remaining money by the end of the following week. After being ghosted all week on the refund I reached out to his mother for assistance and yes he responded with yet another excuse and asked me to give him another 3 days to refund my money. Needless to say 3 days after our initial agreement and even after threatening legal action I am still waiting on the money to be returned. I would not recommend this company for any services. Very unprofessional and full of excuses if you even get a call back from him. Can?t leave a review without leaving a star rating. There should be an option for zero stars.

Ronnie came to our property, gave us an estimate and took payment in advance because he had to buy parts. After than- We have been Ghosted and they will not return phone calls or even acknowledge that they have our money.

The rating should be zero but that?s not an option. My husband hired this company to repair a grill vent. He insisted on advanced payment of $1200 to buy parts, which he has not installed despite numerous calls and text messages from my husband. They claimed they were impacted by the hurricanes but we made the payment over 5 months ago and still no progress. We will move forward with legal action at this point.

my repair person (Ron) was exceptional, great manners,skillful and very understanding, as I am very careful working with the younger ones being 80 years younger, he took time to explain the problem, repair and cost and time required, the parts taking time to obtain, I wanted only OEM parts replaced, he was back on the job even before he had said, thanks again Ron, you saved me from sleeping on the sofa, I was a bit tardy in taking care of the fix-atation

The Coastal Appliance team was extremely sweet and knowledgeable about the issue that I was having with my refrigerator. They had a good idea of what was wrong with it while still on the phone with them and came out the same day to test everything and confirm the issue. Ronnie was the one who came out and walked me through every step of the process and took his time to make sure I understood what he was doing as well as what needed to be done. He ended up finding the parts needed to repair my fridge locally and went out and came back to complete the repair the same day! I highly HIGHLY recommend this company to any and everyone!

Ronnie and his team were a breath of fresh air from start to finish! I had an ice maker replaced, and the company I had hired before coastal completely installed it wrong. Ronnie and his team quickly identified the problem with my water line, and fixed the ice maker on my Samsung fridge! He was affordable, punctual, and very very personable! I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you Coastal appliance solutions!

Contacted the company for a refrigerator repair. He didnt know what he was doing and permanently damaged the frig. He promised he would get the parts to repair. He left and then ghosted me. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I can't imagine how he stays in business. Once he was retained he asked me to advance money for the equipment and then never showed up. He did not answer my calls or return calls. He made appointments and never showed up. He finally acknowledged that the job might be more complicated then he thought so he offered to give me the equipment and return any excess money he received. He told me he would deliver it to me but never showed up.

They offer a 30 day warranty on there work. However they do not respond for days.when I stated I would be filing in court. I tried to post all documents here but I can not. I would never eve recommend this company and the quality of work is sub standard and prices are high

Mr satterwhite over charged. He charged $150.00 for a 20.00 part. The issue was not resolved and there was little no no response from Ron. If your going to offer a warranty you need to respond. I have filed in small claims

"Josephine, We have been more than accommodating with your particular service call and are quite surprised & dissapointed to see a revised 5 star review, a month after your dishwasher was installed. You contacted us at 8pm at inght, to install a compact dishwasher in your trailer, and the appliance you bought did not have the sufficient parts needed to go forth with 100% installing that night. I accommodated you the next afternoon by purchasing an aftermarket part, and the installation was successful without a hitch! One month later, you call us saying that your dishwasher is moving around, side to side. I'm sorry that your user error has come back to our attention, but we would be more than happy to oblige regarding a follow up service to address your issue! You were more than happy, and very talkative, while providing a watchful eye, but we encourage the company! :) Please know that your appliance was without a doubt successfully installed, and the service requested was met above and beyond, including the after-market parts needed for your dishwasher, that our tech purchased & provided!"

Paid $375.00 to repair my washing machine and it s not fixed. Called them, no return call. Texted them, no return text. I used Angi to avoid something like this. I am a 77 year old female on a fixed budget. This is not right. I'm so upset.
