"Thank you for your trust and your business. We enjoyed working on your project and look forward to serving you again (and your friends and neighbors) in the future!"
"Dear (removed member name), We appreciate your past business and enjoyed working with you to design and build the addition to your home. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’ve suffered from the manufacturer’s faulty windows and doors that were installed in your home. As you may know, many firms went out of business during the tougher years of the recession, including Hurd. Yet, prior to their company folding due to economic issues, they maintained an excellent reputation. As your work was out of warranty at the time of your call, we were not able to provide repairs without additional costs. We apologize if you were given the impression that your job was “too small” for us. We work carefully to service every call that comes in – especially from past clients. Sincerely, Rich Campbell"
