Master shower floor had more humps than a herd of camels, had to be torn out and retiled. I asked for someone different to tile 2nd bath, after agreeing, still sent the same guy. Top of shower walls, the tile is crooked and wavy. Shower band was touching the tile above with no place to grout, bull nose sticking out to far to grout (fixed). Three different colored grout on the walls. The shower door will not stay closed . Basically just a crappy crooked tile job. When the owner did finally show up, I was told to be quiet and stop complaining about the tile work and that he would have to tear most of it out to correct it and was not going to do that . He felt his guy did a good job. Find an owner that will show up when asked to look at and address your concerns before the job is finished. As the customer my opinion did not matter.

Incredible! They walked through every step with me, explaining what I needed to do and what they were going to do. They offered their expert suggestions and respected my decisions and wishes. Turns out I chose the most labor-intensive tile there is, and they were here for many days installing it. Great attention to detail and keeping me apprised of what they were doing and why. They took great care with my brand-new carpeting, putting down tarps to protect it. The marble-tile installer was amazing, arriving right on time every morning and working non-stop until the day was done. The owner was here several times to check in with me. <br />

Always showed up late. Left early, did not put the toilets where they were supose to be. The main toilet still does not work right. Door still does not close right. What was to take 2 -3 weeks took over a month.

THE FLOOR HAD TO BE RIPPED UP AFTER THEIR FIRST PERSON FINISHED AND REDONE AGAIN BY JIMMY BECAUSE THE WORK WAS HORRID. THE FIRST PERSON WAS FIRED FOR TAKING TOO LONG ON JOBS AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR 7 HOURS, WHEN I WAS ESTIMATED 2.5. THE BAD GRADES ARE FOR LOUIS FOR BUGGING ME ABOUT MONEY BEFORE THE JOB WAS COMPLETE AND NOT MAKING HIS APPTS TO SHOW UP. LOUIS WAS LIKE A USED CAR SALESMAN SELLING YOU A LEMON. I MUST SAY THE ONLY GOOD DEALINGS I HAD WAS WITH JIMMY AND HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. IF I COULD CUT OUT THE CO. AND JUST DEAL DIRECTLY WITH JIMMY I WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT BETTER OFF.

WE HAD A VERY LARGE JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT, FAIR AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE TILE INSTALLER WORKED AN ENTIRE HOLIDAY WEEKEND TO COMPLETE THE JOB. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!
