Coastal coating and repairs

Monty came out and looked at my project to repair my porch pavers- clean porch, driveway and back patio - re sand porch and driveway pavers - and seal. He measured everything and quoted a price of less than $2,200. I should have seen the red flags but I did not. He was supposed to begin on Friday but called on Wed and said he had a cancellation could he start early? I was not at home but said sure anyway. When I got home he said he missed a few things and he had special sand which would be an additional $500. I needed the work done so I said sure again. He came out the next day and put down the sand and sealed the pavers and said he used more sand than he estimated could I give him another $200. Which totaled to $2,900.00 - 33% increase at this point. I gave him the money anyway. Friday it rained and all the special sand washed away. At first he ghosted me but then he came out for 7 min and spread a little sand and said he was done. I would like a refund for the "special sand".

Monty was excellent in many areas of expertise. Monty arrived at my house on time. He installed facia board around the house where it was needed. He also filled many cracks around the house. Monty also installed RT 111 on the gables of the house to. Monty's work is excellent and he works very hard and clean. I will hire him in the future. I highly recommend Coastal Coating if you want your job to be done right

Hiring coastal coating has to be one of the best experiences I ever had I own multiple rental properties and had my fair share of contractor but I’m glad I finally found the right one that can handle multiple properties and not have to worry about anything coastal coating has work on 3 different properties for me so far and has done a outstanding job painting them repairing the siding and keeping the property from start to finish I recommend every one to hire coastal coating

Absolutely love my concrete it was in rough shape they resurfaced and stained it it looks better then new i chosed 2 colors and they blended and made it look beautiful it has been done over a year and still looks like the day it was done definitely recommended

Came out on time to give an estimate. I already had three other estimates they provided more detail and more experience and knowledge in the other quotes I’ve received so I decided to go with this company the day we scheduled to do work they showed up on time finished on time had a great experience cleaned up after herself never left no mess in the yard. I would recommend them to anybody.
