Claudio helped me out of a jam with shower that needed a quick buildout! he recommended tile so we could meet a timeline and fit a typical but awkward, old Newport bathroom shape. He was easy to communicate with by text , he suggested the colors and tiles to use and took all the work off of me so I could work on other pressing items. Ill look forward to working with him again !

Claudio and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They are all courteous and pleasant to work with, they always showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. If you need work done promptly, with high quality, and for a fair price, HIRE COASTAL C&C!! From start to finish Claudio and his team exceeded my expectations. Claudio asked excellent questions while visiting to prepare a quote, and made a handful of recommendations that ended up saving time and money and producing a better finished product. I received the quote just a day or two later, and it was the only quote out of five different contractors that immediately seemed like a fair price for the work. The whole team; Claudio, Dan, Bruno, and Jameson, were respectful, diligent, tidy, and clearly experienced. They were able to work independently and make good decisions in real time to keep the work moving without delay. As a result, they knocked out in a week what could easily have taken two or more. Communication was very easy. Claudio responded immediately over text, and at several points Claudio or one of the team approached me to request my preference on materials and other choices. I made several comments during the work, for example asking if there was a way to fill in some existing gaps between siding planks, and without hesitation they just took care of it. They even fixed or improved at no extra cost a few existing items that obviously needed doing, but I wasn’t going to ask them to do, just because they had the tools and were already there. I requested a few larger extra items while the work was ongoing, and Claudio offered the same very reasonable pricing for the changes and fit them in with no hassle at all. At the end of the project, the work all looks great, and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Coastal Counters and Cabinets to anyone, and without a doubt I would call them first with any future project. And don’t let the name fool you, they can do framing, painting, light electrical, doors/windows, concrete, and I’m sure much more! These guys are the best!

Claudio is so responsive, communicating with him was easy and any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. Wow, I am so impressed with my remodel. From start to finish, there was open communication, and some of the strongest work ethic I've dealt with. My bathroom, was literally tile glued to cardboard, My window and tub was sinking into my basement. Now I have a dream, spa like bathroom. It could actually be shown in a magazine. Kudos to Claudio and Dan. I highly recommend and would with out a doubt hire again.

The results are excellent. The success of this project was very much due to Claudio's remodeling expertise, project management skills, attention to detail, and his excellent relationships with his subcontractors and me. As the homeowner I wanted certain features in the project and, inevitably, some of these things changed while the work was ongoing. Claudio is quietly confident that he knows his stuff, and he does. Problems and requests for change or additional work do not bother him. He handles people well and is always cheerful, polite, and full of solutions to get the homeowner what they want. The quality of the work itself was excellent. Claudio and his subs took great pains to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. We always knew the time from ordering to delivery for the kitchen cabinets was several months so the project took longer than it would have if the cabinets had been ready earlier. The was clearly out of Claudio's control but the delays were not a surprise to me because I was always informed ahead of delays and/or the impact of changes I wanted. The work was completed within the project budget, allowing for extra costs due to changes I wanted while the work was ongoing. In short, I would certainly hire Claudio again for a big remodeling project. What more can I say?

Claudio and his team templated our countertops. We chose a stone that broke the budget a bit, but we fell in love with the stone and decided to save elsewhere. Unfortunately, the stone was far more porous than was described and became a bit of a nightmare to deal with. Claudio immediately gave us options on moving forward. He laid out all of the scenarios, worked with the quarry folks and was able to get us a credit on the stone. He went above and beyond to make us happy, gave us an additional credit out of his own pocket, and made us feel secure about the decision we ultimately made (we kept the stone). He even gave us lessons on sealing, and offered his services to us whenever we might need him. I do not often hear “good” stories from folks who are embarking on a home renovation. It is usually some nightmare scenario that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. But Claudio and the Coastal Counters and Cabinets team are head and shoulders above the rest! Their kindness, efficiency and “we are in your corner” approach is not often found with contractors. I cannot recommend them enough!

Claudio is an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone! He has an infectious can-do attitude that made any problem we encountered renovating our 1800's kitchen seem like a breeze to overcome.
