Approximately ten months ago, we purchased a system for cash. Promised a follow up water test, but still have not had any one come. Installation leaked and discharge emptied UNDER my house. Now system doesn't appear to work properly, but no one will come back. Did have one appointment, but no-show. Phone number is only answering service. Left numerous messages asking for help. Owner, Bob Ciano's vm mailbox has been full for a long time and texts go unanswered. Be cautious. Even read article about unhappy people in Beaufort.

"This review is misleading and untruthful. The customer has reached out to Angi multiple times to have this review taken down, but their efforts have been unsuccessful. We at Coastal Empire Water have also reached out to Angi multiple times to remove this review, but our efforts have been unsuccessful. This matter has been escalated to a special department within Angi that handles such issues, but they have been unable to take down this review. We have call and text records showing we reached out to the customer four times on different days before they responded. The customer also postponed their original service appointment because they had guests visiting from out of town, and, in the end, the filtration unit was operating as intended."

It was a great experience from the start to finish. I was very impressed with the whole process, and everything they told me was true and they did everything they said they would do, the installer was the best. I knew my water was awful but now I have great water, so good on my skin, I can drink from the tap, I can't believe the difference in EVERYTHING! Everyone should have one of these! <br />

My water was undrinkable and there was always an odor, I called Coastal Empire Water to come out to test my water, I was not surprised at the results. They offered me a few options to solve my problems. No hard sell or anything like that, and I really appreciated the time spent on going over everything in detail. <br /> I decided to purchase this Whole House Filtration System and I'm so thankful I did, it has been less then a month, and the difference in my toilet bowl (no more rings) , bath's, and drinking water is like night and day, and I do not buy bottled water anymore! <br /> I also was impressed by the installation, everything was done just as I asked and so timely. <br /> I really like this system because their is no maintenance, just one bag of salt crystals every couple of months. <br /> No more musty laundry!!! Thank you - I have clean water!!!! <br />

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and I wouldn't use them again. It was advertised as a water test, which to me, means doing a water testing, and telling you what your water has and does not have, but it was a sales pitch. I didn't learn a single thing about what was in my water. They were very prompt in coming out. They tried to sell me a system for an exorbitant amount of money.

"Sir, Our rep came at your request, when he arrived you informed him you were pressed for time and your wife was busy with the kids, still agreeing to do the testing without your wife after the rep was more than willing to reschedule. All tests require to put chemicals into your tap water and then same into our filter - so you can see what differences there may or not be, and to also show you what is in your water. The rep was running several tests and started to explain the results, then to my understanding your wife came back during the middle of said tests to see the results, You had also mentioned that you worked for a builder and "thought about getting a unit" and you wanted to know the "bottom line" , your wife then had to leave again to take care of the children. The rep began to explain what we could offer you which was the Five Stage Whole House Filtration System that requires no maintenance unlike a water softener and it's cost for clean water. However, all this being said - we never want a customer dissatisfied in any way, I personally wish the rep would have re-booked the appointment with you so he could have done all the testing and given you more detailed results, therefor I'm sending you a $30.00 Gift Card to replace the $29.99 you paid for the test and if you wish at anytime when both you and your wife are available for a good hour, we would be happy to come out again for free and do the complete water test analysis. A friend had bought a system from Coastal Empire Water and he recommended them to me. <br /> From start to finish it was a great experience, everything <br /> they said it would do and then some. <br /> I can not believe the difference it has made. <br /> I have two dogs and was giving them bottled water because <br /> our water tasted so bad, now I give them water from the sink. <br /> My laundry and dishes are clean ( not dull ) and no water <br /> spots! <br /> I have dry skin, so I would limit my shower, but now with <br /> this filtered water I can shower often and my skin actually has moisture! <br /> I drink a lot of water and use a lot of ice cubes, I can <br /> tell you now I no longer worry about what I'm ingesting and the water tastes <br /> good. <br /> I had my sales guy Bob, come back and re-test my water since <br /> having the system, and I can not believe the results versus what my water was <br /> the first night he came out and tested it. <br /> Marie D. <br /> Hilton Head Island, SC <br /> <br /> <br />

From start to finish, pleasant, informative and professional. I'm so happy and pleased I purchased a water filtration system from Coastal Empire Water. I can honestly say I no longer have rings in my toilet bowls, the laundry is so much better . I have five children and we are all thrilled that now when we take showers our skin isn't dried out and our hair is actually healthier. The coffee tastes better , we don't have to wait ten minutes to get hot water at the kitchen sink but the best part is we can drink water from the tap! I was spending a fortune on bottled water before. The company is great, they installed my filter system the day they said they would, the guy who did the installation was awesome. I had questions about a week later, I called our rep Bob and he came back over to show me how I have to put the crystals in one maybe two times a year, he answered all my questions and retested my water. I can not believe it!!! I would happily recommend this company and product. KB ~Thrilled in Savannah!
