We had duct work replaced in our home and we qualified for a rebate through our electrical company. In order for use to redeem our rebate the company needs to complete a form. We had the work done in April 2016 and I have tried to contact the provider and they will not complete the form.

Our tech was very polite and determined to find out the cause of our problem.  The units are only 3 years old.  The dealer/company that installed the units had been hard to deal with from the start.  Never calling to schedule maintenance as promised and every time we called to ask about the units was rude... he would eventually come out to check, say nothing was wrong... (as I witnessed him continually pumping freon into the unit).  It took several visits as the new tech from coastal researched the problem.  He succeeded.  We are thrilled.  If you have a Braun unit and need service, these are the guys to call!. <br />
