"I remember the call at Mr. [Removed Member Name]"s house well I found the dishwashers heating element with a hole burnt in it so it was obviously burt open. I looked the part up on my iPad and gave a quote to repair which Mrs. [Member Name Removed] declined due to the cost of a new unit V's repair. I charged the customer our base fee of 89.95 plus tax, we tell every one that calls our price structure. I responded to the customer via Angie's list and when they called with there address I came out same day. If Mr. [Member Name Removed] would contact me we can talk about this 228-831-1552, I am sorry he is so angry."
