Steve gave me a quote on the phone for the dishwasher part and service. He told me when the part would be in and how long it would take to change the part out. Not good tech never put a meter on unit,all he did was look at it said it would run $215-$250. For parts plus labor.I asked was he sure and he then confirmed his prices.I stated I could purchase a new one at Home Depot for $399. At that time he gave me a bill for service call I was shocked when the bill came to $96.76 it took me longer to write him a check Then the technician was in my home,The whole experience was very unpleasant as I feel he took advantage of me Very disappointed with this provider my Son wanted to call company to tell them it's unfortunate that there company was out taking advantage of Senior citizens.He wanted to file a complaint with the State ,I got him calmed down and we decided to rate them of Angie's list. <br />

Steve and Bobbie arrived and knew exactly what needed to be done not like another service provider I used before.  They removed the top, front and the drum and vacuumed the residue lint inside the dryer and checked all belts, connections etc. to make sure it will continue to work correctly.  They performed a regular maintenance on my washer and actually found something in the trap and removed it.  Steve showed me where the trap is and how to check it myself as well as explained the heating sensor in my dryer so I can optimize drying time. Both are very professional and courteous. <br />

I called Coast Appliance Repair LLC to schedule a appointment to have my washing machine repaired. It was not spinning at all. I talked to Bobby on the phone, and scheduled a time convenient for the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to be there, considering everyone else I called was going to be more than a week before they could show up. <br /> They called me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time in clean-cut professional uniforms. As some of you may know- most of the time, this is not the case. <br /> After quickly diagnosing the problem with my washing machine, they gave me the exact price for what it would cost to repair the issue. Most companies promise you it will not be much, but when you get the bill it is a different story. While they were fixing my washing machine I mentioned my dryer was taking longer than normal to dry, They asked me if I had ever had my duct cleaned. SURPRISE! I did not know you needed this service done.Having two dogs in the house, and never having it cleaned yielded TONS OF LENT!! After they showed me how much lent they removed from my dryer, you could tell immediately a difference in the airflow from the duct.  <br /> Best part of all, they accept credit card payments. Past companies I have dealt with only want cash, or check. They also email you a receipt so you can save it on your computer, unlike most companies give you a hand written receipt that immediately is lost. I 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs their appliances repaired. <br /> <br /> <br />
