I give Coast to Coast Heating and Air my highest recommendation. They did the most thorough residential HVAC installation estimate I’ve ever seen. They identified several issues that needed to be addressed that caused our previous unit to fail prematurely and fixed them as part of the installation. For the friendly, amazing and honest service we got I expected to pay quite a premium—but even their quote was competitive.

I was quoted over $3000 to repair my ac as a Sr citizen I did not have that much Coast to Coast repaired it in 45 minutes for under $300 with 2 maintenance visits I believe my prayers where answered by them So grateful

couldn?t believe what a professional company you are, and coordinating a completely dust, free and clean environment after they were done. Pieter and Scott and an electrician were our mini split installers for our lanai project. They arrived on time and finished the entire job from start to clean up in less than 6 hours. Very professional and made sure to walk me through the WiFi setup and all systems working before leaving. Nice compact outside unit bolted down on a cement pad. They left the area in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning. Very professional and helpful.

I had an overall outstanding experience with Coast to Coast for a new ac system installation. I called and inquired about getting an estimate and someone was sent the same day. The Lead Project Manager (Hunter) was sent out to inspect my system and all aspects of the ac system including the duct work in the attic. Hunter spent about 2 hours reviewing everything and then was able to give me several options for replacing our ac system. Once I decided on which system to go with, the installation was scheduled within 2 days. On the day of installation, the 1st technician showed up at 7 AM to start prepping everything for the new system. Soon after this the 2nd technician arrived. These 2 technicians were Jensen and Jared. They were extremely well versed in what they do and they did a fantastic job on going above and beyond with the installation of our new ac system. They did not miss anything and they did not take any shortcuts. From the time they spent in the attic retaping duct work to the time they took cleaning and rebuilding the table top for the air handler to sit on. These guys were making sure that our investment in a new ac system would be an investment that we were happy with. These techs worked non stop with the installation and finished around 7 PM that night. Based on this exceptional experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I will always recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that needs ac or heating repair. I really liked this place at one time got a trane unit after a year asked why some home rooms were not cooling as should they said needed new duct hoses they replaced that at 800 dollars year later some rooms were still not cooling I asked agent if it was still under warranty he said should be they arrived at my house guy said I’ll have to check with owner and then they wanted another 1300 dollars I said no way we just had a storm 2 days ago my thermostat said low battery I.get this response Hello Mr. Downes, this is Coast to Coast’s text line. I would advise changing the batteries in your thermostat but unfortunately I can’t help beyond that. We have a note that the owner had decided to part ways after the ductwork call last year which the lead installer had advised you of. Thank you for your understanding. They have now lost any recommendations from me. Not true on your response at no time did I agree to a 1300 dollar project I did pay you 800 dollars previously and your guy said he would have to check if it was under warranty with owner in fact my son went out talk to your guy and that’s when he said price I did tell my son that I only had 200 dollars when he went out to tell guy we couldn’t guy drove off mad at no time did guy tell my son we were not doing business anymore. The first project for 800 dollars the guy had my old hoses in yard and replaced them with yours so what you’re saying is untrue. I have my son to vouch for what I’m saying have a great day

Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. Kamil, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!

My parents needed a whole new A/C and Heating unit put in and Chris and Pat from Coast to Coast did a fabulous job! My dad is a retired Air & Heat man and used to own his own sideline business and he's always been a perfectionist, and he was very impressed with their work. Not only did they put in a new unit for them, they also replaced the foundations (inside and out) that the units were set upon; they went over and beyond what they had to do and my folks greatly appreciated it (as did I, their daughter). Chris and Pat could not have been nicer and afterwards, gave very clear instructions to properly maintain the unit. We used the Dunnellon office, but I highly recommend either of their offices (they have one in Ocala too), as it is clear that they take pride in their work....something you don't see as often in this world anymore. Chris, Phil & Ryan C from coast to Coast did an outstanding job with the installation of our new air conditioner, heat pump & thermostat. They arrived right on time. Brian and Tony were out installers. Took two days to install everything, the ac unit, air handler and new duct work. They let us use a portable ac unit until ours was up and running. They were friendly and very professional.

So far so GREAT! Coast to Coast came and installed my new AC and Furnace about a month ago. The pricing was much better than two other quotes I received. In addition, the unit had a better seer rating than the other quotes so I will receive a rebate from City of Ocala on the AC unit, which I would not have gotten with the other units. They completed the forms for me for both gas and electric rebates. From the day they came out to give me a quote to installation by Tony, Fred, Taylor and Chris, to the ladies at the office who prepared my rebates, I am grateful for an excellent job done. Now just waiting for the inspector to get scheduled and come so I can take the envelope off my front window. Who says you can only get two of the three? I got all three great Quality, Cost, Service.

Called Coast to Coast on a Thursday and asked for an estimate to remove an existing 15 year old heat pump system and install a new Carrier unit. Kamil, the owner's son, came out the following day, Friday, and by that evening I had a written estimate. I texted Kamil acceptance of the estimate and was scheduled for the installation the following Friday. Taylor and Chris showed up promptly at 8:30am on Friday and by 3:30pm the job was completed. Both the outside and inside units were professionally installed with great care and attention to detail. Both Taylor and Chris went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction, answered all my questions and did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. Coast to Coast's price was reasonable, the work exemplary and the installation crew friendly and professional. I heartily recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air LLC to anyone requiring HVAC work.

This company is the best. Everyone is friendly and professional. My unit was still under the 12 month warranty so they gave me a new compressor without hesitation. The job took about three hours. The a/c unit is twice as efficient as the old one and has been saving us about 20% on our electric bill.
