Coat of Many Colors

Don’t leave review too often but very pleased with CMC. Looking for large painting job throughout home. Tried multiple quotes. Couple with no response. CMC quick to respond and quote came in the lowest and included the paint. Scheduled us quick, showed up when they said they would. Paint job was excellent. On top of this, paint company mixed the wrong color and tint was very slightly off in our tall entryway and stairs. You could hardly tell and most wouldn’t notice but Mikes team came out and made it right. Brought all the ladders and equipment out again to repaint that room for us. Won’t use anyone else for paint going forward.

Mike and his team were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my house looked well put together and SO much more beautiful than it was before they began. We hired them for two jobs and each job was very well done. Both jobs required removal of wallpaper and painting. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their house painted or wallpaper removed.

They were quick to give me a quote, they explained the process and what type of primer and paint they would use, they double checked what color we wanted before buying the paint. From my first call to completion of the project only took a little over a week! They were also the least expensive quote we received. Will definitely use their services again!

WOW! Mike's crew arrived and immediately got to work covering floors and our furniture (which we had moved away from the walls prior to their arrival). Each person on the team has a specialty skill. There were folks doing wall repair, painting around ceiling fixtures, and then painting ceilings and walls. At one point there were five people from Mike's team in my house painting. When they finished they cleaned up. The team was convivial with each other. The final results are wonderful. Thanks Mike and your great team!

Great experience with Mike and his team. We did have the expected rain delays but totally understandable. Once the project began they were dedicated to getting the job done. Mike’s team was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I wrote in January after not being able to schedule and it was not all on Mike. Our schedules just didn't fit. He did reach out, offered a 10% discount and we were able to get the painting done today. His entire crew was very professional and did a great job. I am sorry for the review I gave them in January and will say that the entire company did everything they could to make things right. I have several other painting jobs that need done and I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them for any painting that needs done.

Fantastic! Owner Mark Decker came over to give me a price, which was broken down for each separate aspect of the work. Cost of paint was included. Ceilings were all at least 9' and higher in great room. We scheduled a time for the work and the painters, Ryan and Sean, were right on time. They were fast, neat, meticulous, professional in demeanor, courteous, pleasant, and their workmanship was great. Price was fair as well. The difference it made in appearance of space was worth every penny! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Everything was ugly depressing brown and walls needed lots spackling, and lots of sanding of poorly spackled spots. First photo shows some of the repair work and original brown. Other photo shows new color.

Coat of Many Colors did a fantastic job, they were very professional and got everything done in a timely manor.

Deal was for one painter 40 hours, they brought 4 painters day one and 2 on day two without any extra charge. They also power washed the house the weekend before they painted. We received a very good complete job and the company certainly did more than there contract with us at no additional charge. Honest hard working company. Thanks for the nice clean job.

It was great once they got there. The only issue I had was that they were very late from the time I was quoted and even went to the wrong address. This pushed my jobs way back. I then asked for the bathroom to be painted since I wouldn't have time because of their lateness, and I was charged an extra cost for it. I thought it should have been complimentary because of the reason it needed painted by them, but I'm not going to tell someone how to do business. I will say though that they were so very polite and were top-notch painters! The master bedroom and bath look amazing.

Michael was great - very honest, straightforward and professional. Ryan and Randy (I hope I got their names right!), the painters who did most of our work, were amazing! They got the work done within the promised time-frame and for the quoted estimate. They were real troopers and complained not one bit when our AC went out the second day they were here. We are very happy with the work! We would gladly recommend Coat of Many Colors and would definitely hire them again.

Through a referral from a friend who was also a recent customer of Coat of Many Colors, we were referred to Mike Decker's firm.  It was our good fortune to hire Mike Decker and his crews for our project.  It was clear from the start that the team was very much concerned about quality and diligently performed the work in a timely manner.  Each day that they worked, they cleaned up their work site, which was appreciated.  What struck us was not only was the quality concerns that the team displayed but how well they worked together and anticipated each other's next moves.  To us this indicated the quality of the leadership that Mike Decker brings with his team.  We would highly recommend Mike and his Coat of Many Colors team for your painting needs. <br />

Fantastic! <br /> From coming out to give us our free estimate to completing the job, Mike and his employees were absolutely top notch to work with. <br /> His price was very reasonable and he was able to schedule us very quickly after we accepted his estimate <br /> Mike and his employees were punctual, friendly and did a suburb job in painting over some stubborn older paint jobs.  <br /> They cleaned up each night and I haven't found any trace of paint except on the walls they painted. <br /> Extremely happy with Mike and the rest of his crew and will definitely recommend and use again! <br />
