Cobra Maintenance and Cleaning Solutions

Slow, and a very unprofessional administration office. Bylaw only 10% should be asked upfront from a company doing a job. But I was asked to pay the full amount before the job was completed. I let them use the tile that I have and I didn’t have to do that. The insurance company allotted me $5800. The fire water and moldCompany charge 2200, Cobra maintenance and cleaning so-called gave me a veteran discount, I didn’t see it. My homeowners insurance deductible was $1000. One of the workers even used towel that he had in his own personal collection out of his car to do the bathroom closet. The workers could not finish earlier because, Cobra and maintenance delayed in delivering materials. I suggested for them to use the tile in my garage to save on cost, but I see no discount from that. And to be asked to pay upfront and then I might have to purchase myself go out and get more materials is not what I expected from a so-called professional company. No I didn’t have the rest of the money all along, because as you know Home worry insurance adjusters always cut you short of what you need. Especially if one of the other companies combined doing the job overcharge. And yes I needed the bathroom finished because that was one of the conditions to close escrow timely. This company subcontracts out workers. At least the ones that I had only have been working for the company two weeks. So I was caught behind a rock and a hard place to say I was satisfied with the work. I had to pay another plumber to come in and redo the plumbing for the shower at $600.. Like I said in my Google review, although they are nice in the beginning to get your money, but once they got you hooked look out. I can only speak from my experience. Again I would not choose this company again to save my life. When the so-called owner came in to do the estimate of the work that needed to be done, I saw no pen and piece of paper in her hand. She might have taken pictures I don’t know. Maybe they went back to the office looked at the pictures and then sent me the estimate. But I saw no measurements taken. I’m sure they’re going to try to block me from making any more reviews but that’s OK, you live and you learn. I’ve worked in customer service for 40 years, and customers always demand the best service possible, in this case I receive the worst possible communication services, But I was caught between a rock and a hard place to satisfy my lenders to close escrow.

Very polite and curteouy and very professional .Went out of the way to get things done —-will call them again if I needed anything done !

They did a good job, were respectful of my home and had good communication with letting me know when they were running a few minutes late.
