On 3/17 Gia and I texteabout using glass or glass alternative. He said he may be able to use something called flexiglasss. I said ok. I sent him pics of the door and missing screws used to hold glass in place. He said total is $165. On 3/18 he texted total price is $150 cash and it would be glass. On 3/19 he came to take measurements. On 3/25 Gia texted he is coming the next day for installation. The next day a different man came and said he is only here to drop off and not install. I expressed my dissatisfaction and he agreed to install. On 4/13 my door swung back on a windy day and hit the outside light which caused the glass breakage in the first place. Now that we have the plastic it didnt break but the metal holding the window and the plexiglass was bent. This happened because a screw was never inserted to hold it in place. 6 screws were needed and he only inserted 5. I sent pics to Gia and he said he is working on it and I never heard from him after that.

First of all, the installers were very knowledgeable and professional, they took down my old mirror carefully without any damage at all, then installed my new beautiful mirror which I love. Makes my bathroom look amazing and sexy at the same time. The installers Zura and Gia were very friendly and trustworthy as well. They took their time and made sure that I was satisfied with their work, which I was very impressed. I will be doing more business with Coby Glass in the future. They will be helping me with my kitchen project next.
