Brent Cody is friendly, explains the issue and solution and is easy to work with. Sprinkler work was performed and completed and has not been an issue. Tuneup was efficient, system and all sprinklers were checked, replaced where needed, and updated sprinkler heads due to landscape change.

Cody Irrigation has done an outstanding job for us. We have used them for minor repairs for years, but this year, due to a lightning strike, our entire system had to be rewired. Brent Cody also suggested adding a zone, which we did. Brent and his crew did a great job. Although it took a while to get on their books (a positive sign that they are busy!) Cody Irrigation showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the time they said they would, and adhered to the quote they gave us. This review was delayed only because I wanted to see how the lawn did in the heat - it looks better than ever. Brent and Robin Cody are professional and excellent to work with. We could not be happier.

I called Cody's to fix a pipe that a shady fence company managed to break while replacing my fence. They were booked solid for a while, and apologized for that, but got me on the schedule. They showed up early and got right to work fixing my pipe. I also authorized fixing pretty much anything else wrong with my system. They straightened up quite a few heads, adjusted those that needed adjusting, cleaned some clogged outlets, and fixed a zone that was not working. The damage to the broken pipe clogged several heads and smaller diameter pipes, which they had to replace. My system is now working perfectly, and while I hope nothing breaks on it again if something does happen, I know Cody's will be the first company I contact.

*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* In the spring I had Brent come out and do a tune up on my sprinkler system. He told me after two hours of work that my sprinkler system was not working and it had to do with wiring. He said it looked like I would need my entire system rewired. I have approx. 1 acre. 8 zones. He said he could not do today but would come back. Cost approx. $300 for identifying the problem. Called him to have my french drain fixed. It was clogging and I was facing flooding issues. He came and dug up a portion of my drain and replaced it. We found there was a clogged in a section in which he did not work on. He told me he was capping the connection so the drain would work in the section he redid and would not be tied to the clogged section. Cost $1,100. The very next night the section he worked on flooded. I dealt with four more floods before he returned. This was April 2019, he came back to fix in July 2019. He told me what he was going to do to fix as he had tied into the clogged drain when he told me he was not doing that. He said he would not charge me. When he came to fix, he did try to charge me and yelled at me when I asked him why he was charging me. Because he had been at my house for several hours I did pay him a portion of the cost just to be considerate. Approx $230. But I was officially done with him. Today, I had another sprinkler company come to fix the wiring. They told me the wires had errors on connections to wrong wires at zone 6. Which is the area that Brent told me about the issues and his guy was working on. No other company had worked in this area except for Brent. My sprinkler system worked fine prior to Brent. Brent's company has been the only company on my system for the past 3 1/2 years. Today's company fixed the error and my system works perfectly fine now However, the area that Brent worked on to fix my french drain now has a busted pipe. I called Brent's company to tell them about the busted pipe I would no longer be using them. I did not want to hassle with them on trying to get fixed as I no longer trust him. His wife was very hateful to me. Bottom line, he is a con man. His work is shoddy. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I called Brent out to locate and troubleshoot a sprinkler system that probably hadn't been used in 20 years. It was like the irrigation whisperer how he located the old heads and water line. He brought the old system back from the dead and it's working beautifully now. Cost was very reasonable considering the skill and work needed.

This company is absolutely FANTASTIC! They are punctual, professional and get the job done quickly and are extremely reasonable. Cannot find enough adjectives to describe how great this company is. I have used this company for my sprinkler system and also for landscaping. Would highly recommend them. It is a family owned business and I really like that, you get much better customer service than with those corporate owned companies.

I would recommend Brent and his team to anyone. I have used him at my last two homes. He is honest, dependable, fairly priced, trustworthy, hardworking, and the list goes on. It’s like having your friend do some work for you...except a friend that actually knows what they are doing. If you need any type of irrigation work done, this is definitely the company to call. Just try to get on their calendar with as much advance notice as possible as their repeat customers like me keep them pretty busy! ;-)

This is a top notch business!! Can't say enough about it--quality work and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. In this day and age it is often hard to find competent, honest businesses. This one is a jewel. He is very knowledgeable, does a good job and prices are very reasonable.

***HOMEOWNERS BEWARE*** Do not do business with his conman. He overpromises and overcharges. Good luck getting a response and action from him regarding $400 in repairs that should have been done right the first time.

Cody was awesome and very professional. In the process of having him come back for a spring tune up. His prices are very reasonable and he explained everything that was needed to fix the system.

It was an overall pleasant experience. He had all the parts needed for the repair, plus did a system tune up, and replaced sprinkler heads that were damaged or mismatched in their zones. I would highly recommend.

Brent is honest, timely and very thorough. It is a pleasure to work with him and his wife Robin (in the office).
