My experience with Colbert Designs was professional and informative. From my first appointment with Quintus, I knew that I wanted to hire him to design my rehabilitation project. He is punctual and responsive, both important factors since ''time is money'' with rehab projects. What I appreciated the most was his honesty when it came to pricing as well as his opinions on ideas that I had that would have conflicted with safety. Additionally, his attention to detail is paramount! My design/plan was detailed, down to the type of windows and doors which I truly appreciated. I am very pleased with the service I received and returned to Colbert Designs to work on another project. I have no intentions of working with any other designer in the Atlanta area!

As a contractor, I was interested in finding a designer that was not only skillful and creative, but one that was also personable and easy to work with. I saw the great reviews about Quintus and decided to contact him. After our first conversation, I knew I had found what I was looking for. We met at the residence of an upcoming interior remodeling project which included a kitchen, a dining room and a laundry room, along with hardwood flooring. Quintus had great ideas and did an outstanding job with the design and house plans. He even accompanied me to the Department of Planning and Sustainability to help secure the permit. The end results were excellent. I could not be more pleased with the work and with the relationship going forward.

Quintus came in and took over from a previous architect. He was able to provide new drawings for us that were submitted to the city and accepted without issue. Quintus is friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I am very thankful that he was able to help us out in a difficult situation. Everything was done in a timely manner and he always kept me well informed about the process of his work. He was also able to recommend a structural engineer for us. Highly recommended!!
