ColdStream is by far my favorite roofing and exteriors company to work with in the St. Louis area, not only as an insurance agent, but personally as well. They are quick to respond and connect, very friendly, honest and genuine and I trust them wholeheartedly. I recommend them highly to my clients and they let us know if damage is worth claiming or not. I have had my own damage from storms several times over the years, and they have always taken care of me. They have even helped some of my clients with minor issues free of charge. We can’t say enough great things about Andy and the team at Coldstream Exteriors!
After severe hail damage, they took care of our roof, siding, and gutters—and the entire experience has been incredible from start to finish. From day one, Andy made everything feel seamless and stress-free, which is saying a lot considering how many horror stories we’ve heard from friends and family dealing with other companies.
One thing that really stood out was how helpful Andy was when we had to choose new siding and gutter colors since our original couldn’t be matched. He was incredibly patient while we weighed our options and made sure we felt confident in the final decision—we never felt rushed or pressured.
The crew has been absolutely phenomenal—working long days and showing real dedication to getting everything done right. The quality, communication, and professionalism have exceeded our expectations in every way.
We’re already so happy with how everything has turned out, and we can’t thank Andy enough for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. Coldstream is lucky to have him, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We had extensive roof, window, window screen, siding and personal property damage from the Hail Storm on 3/14/2025 in South County. Ricky Waller was our project manager. He was very knowledgeable about the materials needed, estimating, working with the Insurance appraiser, overseeing the entire project and notifying us when workers were scheduled to be at our house.He and Coldstream Exteriors are very professional, answer any questions and do not apply any pressure to make a sale. Their company statement is that they treat your home as if it were their own and that is the way they treated our home repairs. Attention to detail is very important to us and it is also very important to Coldstream. It was a pleasure working with Ricky and Coldstream Exteriors. If you need roofing & or siding we strongly recommend considering Ricky and Coldstream Exteriors.

My old roof needed to be replaced. It was not an insurance job--all cost were coming out of my pocket. A friend pf mine suggested I call Ricky Waller with Coldstream Exteriors. I did and he showed up per our appointment. I liked him from the start. He is far from a pushy salesperson. We talked about price, and he seemed more interested in my affordability than profit for the company. I had an idea about how much it would cost, and signed the proposal emailed to me the next day. No upfront money. He quickly responded to my many texts and questions. If he had to come out, he always sent me a text in advance. The job went as promised. The day after the materials were delivered the work crew showed up at dawn. Ricky kind of took me under his wing and dropped by three different times to check on the job. I love my new roof. Cleanup was about as good as it could be because all of the fallen leaves. Julie in the office was very nice to me. I would recommend Coldstream--ask for Ricky.

Excellent service and support, and I could not recommend them enough. Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. Thank you guys again for the consistent support and patience!

I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty.

Ricky Waller and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Ricky himself went above and beyond to help us out with any questions, in depth explanations, assessing the scope of work, and to assist with everything he could while working with our insurance company. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew who did the roofing installation were thorough, quick, cleaned everything up (and may even have left some spots cleaner than they were before the work began!) and were respectful of our property. We loved the service we received, and would use Coldstream for any needed repairs or upgrades they provide. We would recommend them to anyone who asks for suggestions.

We had a wonderful experience with Coldstream Exteriors. Last year our roof was looking pretty rough. We called Coldstream Exteriors. They came out and looked at it the next day and determined we needed a new one. Ricky Waller worked with our insurance company and got us the best deal possible. He also supervised the roofing crew, who were also amazing. They were very respectful and thorough. The crew Cleaned up after themselves and Ricky came back the next day to check our roof, for stray nails on the ground and to make sure we had a good experience. So when we decided to replace our gutters in September there was no question that we would call Coldstream Exteriors and ask for Ricky Waller. He had his crew out in just a few days. Start to finish was only 3 hours. They installed gutters and gutter guards. Besides being knowledgable they are the nicest people to interact with. They were very respectful of our home and flower beds and no mess after. Again Ricky waller came out after to check installation and for way word nails or screws. I would highly recommend Coldstream Exterior and especially Ricky Waller

Mike was our project manager and was great. He came out for a bid quickly and let us know that they had availability for us relatively quickly since our gutters were in pretty terrible condition (missing sections and downspouts). They were one of our lower bids, but we also appreciated how Mike handled our quote by giving us options and detailing price differences for each option. Work started soon after we signed the contract and even though we had a color hiccup with the flashing, we LOVE how our house turned out and are glad to have the house better protected from the elements. Everything was done pretty quickly and the crews were great - we greatly appreciate Mike and Coldstream's professionalism, efficiency, and fantastic results.

Everything was done as scheduled. The crews were here early and got things done the same day. This project was scheduled over 3 different days. One for the roof, another for the soffit / fascia and the last for the gutters. The finished project looks great and we are very happy with our decision.

What an amazing job! The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brian’s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.
