He gave us a most competitive and reasonable bid . He showed up on time, communicated so well before and during the project. It was most difficult locating the sewer pipe as our home is 30 years old , but he has incredible patience and performed the Bobcat digging so well and was able to fix the damaged pipe by installing a new pipe section. His assisting staff/laborers were so nice and also professional, as they knew exactly how to assist Robert. It was such a great idea to locate Robert as an excavator, instead of hiring a plumber, as this project required an immense amount of digging down deep into the earth. Robert Cole answered all my questions and immediately made an appointment to look at our septic tank that needed to be replaced. Robert did excellent work on my project. I had him do some lot clearing and grading (included removing two huge stumps) on my property.
