Great Craftsmanship

I had a booger of a job because of the type of hot water tank that had to be replaced; but the installation went well. Jim did a great job and was very thorough. He also provided a great deal of needed information. After finishing the job, he informed me of a rebate that i would be getting...what a nice surprise! I highly recommend Jim and Coleson Plumbing and will be using them again.

My tankless water heater suddenly developed a leak in the area of the heat exchanger. Unfortunately, that meant my entire family and I were without hot water. Very tough situation with two young kids. I called a different company out first and was dissatisfied with their pricing and service. I gave Coleson Plumbing and Gas a call last night at 5:30pm. James returned my call in 30 seconds! Wow! He was able to collect information about my tankless unit over the phone and developed a comprehensive plan for the next day to resolve my situation. James arrived exactly when he said he would, explained all the work he planned to perform in advance, and then he installed my replacement unit in record time. James also took the time to discuss rebate options available with my gas provider and to make several customized recommendations for other plumbing and home needs. Of special note, James also made sure to file a warranty claim for my unit since it was still under warranty. The manufacturer ultimately makes the decision on coverage once the defective is returned and James thoroughly explained that process to me. A lot of companies don't even check your warranty as it's easier and quicker for them to just sell you a new unit. Not so easy on your wallet, however. Now, here comes the best part. Not only did James do a stellar job installing the new unit in record time, but the price he charged was over 40% cheaper than any other price quote I received for the same work. Incredible. Don't let anyone else into your home. Call James and the dedicated professionals at Coleson Plumbing and Gas and put your anxiety to rest. You will be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. We own an older house and have hired several plumbers in the past that we would rate average at best. Coleson Plumbing has been the best service company we have ever used. Tgey did exactly what they said and made sure everything was working correctly. This is a “ care and concern “ first class Service company. We will hire them again and refer them to everyone!

It was my best experience ever for plumbing needs - Jim Stewart is professional, very intelligent/ competent/knowledgable, trustworthy as well as very kind and communicative! He filed everything necessary with the gas company electronically to get rebate and sent his invoice electronically as well...much appreciated! This plumber and his company are exceptional and I have already lined up more needed projects.

Great! He explained everything then went about the task professionally! Completed the work cheaper than fee i paid ben Franklin , who was sent out by american home shield and did nothing! I'm going to hire Coleson for any and all plumbing matters in the future!

Mr Stewart from Coleson Plumbing provided excellent service. He came to my house within an hour after my call, even though it was the end of his workday. He checked all the possibilities for water leaking from my hot water heater, and noted an additional problem with the water gauge, as well as, the water heater had been incorrectly installed. He took time to explain to me and my husband what was wrong and his recommendations. He was a very pleasant and informative individual. It was very evident that Mr Coleson takes pride in his work!! For any future plumbing needs, Coleson Plumbing will be my first call!

Jimmy was very professional. He was very responsive and once he arrived he assessed the situation. He knew I had a home warranty because I just bought the house. He selflessly encouraged me to use the home warranty which saved me over $400. The home warranty did not cover his services unfortunately so I had to give my business to someone else. Later that day he texted me to make sure everything got fixed and even gave me extra advice. He did not charge me for coming out. You can tell he truly values and cares about his customers

Jimmy and Coleson Plumbing is Honest, Professional, extremely clean, and time after time has always come in at the best price for the job! In the past I would always get stressed calling some random plumber because you are at their mercy like a car mechanic! But, when you call Coleson Plumbing all that anxiety goes away bc they provide quality work for the absolute best price!!!! We have used them for so many different projects in the past because of their attention to detail and quality of work! It’s so refreshing that their are companies such as Coleson Plumbing that still exist today! Jimmy from Coleson Plumbing has replaced all of our Galvanized Pipe with PVC, installed 2 Regulators, replaced our Hot Water Heater with a Tankless Hot water heater and also installed our kitchen and bathroom fixtures and repaired a slow drain we’ve had for the past 10 years that past plumbers could never fix properly! Give him a call or text for an estimate before you go with another plumber and pay thru the roof! You won’t be disappointed!!!
