Terrible service. Damaged wall with couch. gave up trying to move the couch. refused to give any money back for wasting time not moving items. Really bad customer service experience.

Incredible isn’t strong enough of a word. This was my first time using them or even hiring people to help move and it was absolutely amazing. They were early, they loaded the truck so perfectly, they took care of everything. I am so impressed on every level for how great the team was. More than 5 stars. They made what I thought would be the most stressful day into a cake walk! Best money I have spent this year!!!

The crew arrived within the agreed on window. They moved everything I requested. They also helped me to replace China and crystal back onto shelves after the move.

These guys are the BEST! They arrive on time, are respectful, and just easy toward with! We hired them to move furniture to two houses and to haul away junk before moving to a new, smaller home. We will use them anytime we have a need in the future!

It went smoothly and hassle free.

The men just dug right in and hauled everything away. they were quick and efficient and very pleasant when I talked to them. The picture was taken before the junk was taken away. I didn't get an after picture, but everything is gone. It couldn't have gone better and I will be calling them again for moving services.

I had service done on Monday, 08-29-2016, and I was somewhat satisfied with the service. Moving is a hard task and i appreciate the service provided by the company. However, there are certainly some areas of opportunity that clearly needs their attention: 1) When calling the customer to verify arrival times, make sure employees are giving valid, working cell phones for the return call. The employee gave me a cell phone that was not working. 2) Half of the employees that showed up could use a personality when dealing with customers. I don't appreciate the brute, abrasive demeanor at all. The employee made guarantees about not damaging my property, and was forceful in having me sign documents before the start of the service. When I ask questions about damages, he seemed offended, makes a guarantee that my belongings will not get damaged, and forcefully asked me to sign the document again. 3) Employees were asking for tips at the beginning of service. It is very unprofessional and untimely. 4) Make sure that your movers keep the customer's time a priority. They took several breaks while on the clock and were taking their time in loading and unloading my belongings. I have video surveillance of them unloading boxes and were taking smoke breaks. When I finally went down to the loading dock, they started moving and made an excuse of finalizing paperwork. 5) If the employees need breaks, then make sure they remove that time from the customer's charged time. I was quoted a 2-hour service and was charged for 2.5 hours. 30 minutes of that time was stalling or taking breaks. I don't appreciate being cheated. 6) The movers put major scratches on my new dryer. After the aggressive speech and guarantee of not damaging my property, this really is very unprofessional and could easily lose the trust of the customer.

Wonderful! They showed up promptly, looked at the items, gave me a quote. Then they got right to work and everything was loaded in about 30 minutes, and they even grabbed some extra boxes I had not asked them to, just to help that I wouldn't have to do it myself! They were very nice, very professional, and quick. I will definitely be using them again.

<p>These guys were not the least expensive quote I received, but they were worth the additional cost. The guys made me feel confident in their putting my things into a pull along uHaul. </p> <p>The only negative was I did not get a confirmation call the day prior, which I was told to expect. </p>

They do a good job. They are very nice.

They come over anytime you say it. They bring a truck and they load everything you want to get rid of in the truck. They're very good. I would use them in the future.

All the employees were very professional. Our possessions were moved and packed with great care.

<p>It went great.   Arrival time was scheduled between 8am-10am.  They called at 7:35am and arrived at approximately 8:05am.   It took approximately 45 minutes for the load everything up.  We would definitely use them again if the need arises.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>

Great customer service! The person I booked with was friendly and helpful. The crew showed up right when they said they would and were also really nice guys. They worked fast and din't stop to take any breaks or anything like that. Great service would use again and recommend!

The team provided by College Hunk were friendly and very professional.  They were prompt and showed up at the promised time.  They called in advance of arrival and once they showed up, they got right to work.

Although they were on time and friendly they did not keep their promises. For one, they did not wrap our furniture as we had been told they would. Because of this, our couch was damaged. They promised they would repair the couch but hey never did. We called the manager and he said he would personally see to the repairs but he NEVER showed up as promised.  We tried calling a second time but our call was never returned.   Also, we requested three movers which we were given but one had recently injured his knees so he was very slow and could not use the stairs. This caused our move to take longer than it should have.  Plus. several time the injured mover offered to unpack our belongings never indicating it would cost extra. Thankfully, I always said no because I did find out later that would have cost extra.  <br />

I recieved a call saying that my appointment could be earlier than scheduled if that would work for me. That was perfect. They were professional, on time and happy about being there to help. Would totally use this service again.  <br />

Very professional re: scheduling, estimate on site, and removal. Very courteous and efficient and the price was fair and reasonable. The young men (franchise out of Brentwood, TN) represented the company well. Thumbs up!

Reliable, dependable, cheerful, quick, hard working! Jason and Nick were our HUNKS!! Recommend wholeheartedly! We have to move out of the storage facility in a month and WILL CALL them again!!

They were amazing. On time, polite and dressed appropriately dressed. They were willing to go the extra mile. I would use them again in a heart beat. <br />

This was not junk that Chuck and Daniel hauled but actually very nice furniture (I'm redecorating). I was tentative about their <br /> moving the clock which is very nice with a lot of glass and in perfect condition. They assured me they could move it with <br /> breaking any of it and that is exactly what they did. The armoire was very huge and heavy, and they actually disconnected <br /> the tv and other electronics in the top of it since I hadn't been able to. And best of all, they allowed me the time to dust the <br /> backs of these very heavy items before they were loaded on the truck. <br /> <br /> They were both very professional and serious about their work. All my furniture arrived at their various destinations <br /> with no new scratches. <br /> <br /> I was really impressed with their work considering, especially with the clock, which has 3 very heavy hanging pendulums <br /> which if not handled properly, would have broken all of the surrounding glass. <br /> <br />
