Collett Sealcoating

This company "sealed" my driveway 4 months ago. They missed many of the small cracks and applied the sealer to a poorly prepared surface (in some areas, they included the grass about 8 inches from the driveway!). In all, they spent about an hour and a half at my house and charged me $402. I did not initially complain until I realized that most of the sealer was gone when the snow melted. It now looks nearly as bad as before the job was done. I called and explained since the bill said: "...you can trust us to do the job right. Plus we'll be there afterwards should you have a concern." A manager came out and told me it was due to the weather and the lateness of the year when it was done. His only solution was that they would come out and do it over again and charge me again! Of course, I responded that if I had to pay again I would hire someone else. He was unconcerned even when I told him I would make my experience known in an online review. The bottom line is that Collett Sealcoating & Salt does poor quality work and is unconcerned with client satisfaction. I strongly recommend that you choose another company.

Great to work with. On-time, responsive. We looked at 3-4 companies to do our repair. Driveway was basically crumbled for about 3 sq. ft at the bottom. Would work with them again in the future! <br />

My only complaint is that they didn't call before they came to do the work. I am overall very pleased with the service. When we need the driveway sealed in the future I would like to know so I can move the cars off the drive way.
