The Collin Creek Duct Cleaning team did a great job on our home!  As we started up the A/C units for the first time this year, we smelled a bit of dust / mold and a general mustiness in the systems.  We had Collin Creek out to take a look and they identified and cleaned a large amount of dust in the ducts (collected in a large collection bag outside the home) and a bit of mold growth as well.  They performed an antimicrobial treatment where it was required and left the home smelling great.  We appreciate the work they did! <br />

We hired Collin Creek Duct Cleaning to clean the air ducts of our recently purchased home. The prior owners had several cats, and the airs ducts were full of mounds of cat hair and other allergens.  I am highly allergic to cat dander and dust mites, so a thorough air duct cleaning became a high priority.   <br /> From the very first telephone call, Collin Creek Duct Cleaning answered all of our questions, explained each step of the cleaning process, and provided an accurate cost estimate for the job.  A very personable and professional team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  I can tell a real difference in the air quality since the system has been cleaned.   <br /> A day or two after the vent cleaning, I learned they had a coupon for a complimentary dryer vent cleaning with air duct cleaning service.  The team scheduled a visit and returned to our home to perform a dryer vent cleaning per their special.  Excellent customer service. <br /> We highly recommend their service and will absolutely hire them again. <br />

Tremendous job, even videoed what was going on I'm my ducts and showed me the results. Due to the number of ducts involved, I paid more than the deal price (they told me this up front), but the service was great & I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good job done cleaning their vents. <br />

The two gentlemen came out to my home to clean the coils. They were about an hour and a half late, which has been mentioned in other reviews, but I was hoping it wouldn't happen on this particular day because I had a meeting afterwards - which I missed. They diligently worked and were very professional once they arrived. I would recommend them again - just leave some extra time between afterwards just in case they are late. <br />

They crew did a thorough job at a great price. They cleaned up all debris once the work was done. We immediately saw a drop in our power usage. Our electric bill has gone down nearly $40.00 a month. <br />

Were a little late but they called to let us know- no problem - they did what they said they would do for the price I was quoted. They were professional in every way . <br />

They were 90 minutes late for their scheduled early morning service.  We tried contacting the office regarding the delay but there was no answer.  We left a message and did not receive a call back.  We were told they would arrive at 10, but they actually arrived 10:30. We did receive an explanation for the delay from the duct cleaners.   <br /> Overall, they were professional and did make an effort to keep our belongings clean by using plastic coverings.   <br /> The air duct cleaning went well but we were somewhat disappointed with the dryer vent cleaning.  We've been having some issues with the dryer sensor ever since they performed the cleaning.  Not sure if that was just a coincidence. <br />
