Collins Family Lawn and Landscape LLC

Unfortunately, I do not recommend Collins Landscaping for any lawn care due to their complete lack of follow-through and inconsistent communication after our first session. I contracted Mr. Collins in May 2023 to fix my lawn for bare patches and weeds (dalligrass). He had promised that my lawn would be fixed through the seeding method. The services we had agreed upon were to cover up the lawn with top soil, fertilizer, seed and wheat straw. On the first day, he had completed the top soil, seed and wheat straw as promised. At this time, I had asked for an itemized invoice of the services rendered and pending services. I had to keep following up with him as he kept promising to send one, but found excuses as to why he couldn’t. After I had paid him, he promised to come back within one week to check the lawn and fertilize it on the second week. He failed to keep those appointments and did not even attempt to follow up with me to reschedule. At this time, approximately 3 weeks has passed since the first treatment. My lawn has since exploded with more weeds and the bare patches are still bare. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service in Collins Landscaping and will not recommend them for any future services.
