The water is streaming down the gutter. Kevin from colonial hills came out ang gave an estimate, looked out the issue and said they have the equipment to fixed it. they showed up on time, they came in a pickup truck like 3 or 4 of them they have nail gun or leaf blower, I said that's not what I need done. He didn't speak english very well but he said he understood, he took a picture of the issue and said he was gonna fix it. He caulked it and I said "is caulking would fix the issue?" then he said yes. Last night, it rained and I looked up there and the water is streaming down the gutter. I called them and they ere very unprofessional, he said he would let Colleen the secretary would reach out but they did not. I wanted a refund.

Tech arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Tech even took a few moments to review my system with me since we just purchased the home and had no idea how the system works.

Mr. Sosa, his team of laborers, and his clerical staff were very professional. They were punctual, and kept me informed throughout the job.

it went pretty good had to do a lil readjusting but got it fixed and did an excellent job with drain line they buried line filled in ditch and even put sod on top u couldnt even tell they had been there at all very surprised and happy

Mr. Sosa and his company were terrific. They responded quickly and expertly. That required an inspection of the gutters for gutter overflow problems; which Mr. Sosa scheduled quickly. Mr. Sosa and his company were clearly experts. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He completed the repairs quickly, expertly, and cost effectively. In all his actions, he was focused on the best result for me. I would hire him again and I recommend him to everyone.

Juan and his team were fantastic. My gutters are around 10 years old, and many other providers tried to sell me new gutters. Juan pointed out that my existing gutters were OK. He fixed the improperly installed brackets and added drip edge for a fourth the price of new gutters. We've had a dozen rainstorms since then, and not a drop has spilled. Additionally, he was prompt, his crew worked hard, and his work was extremely professional. I would use this company again for any drainage needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I received 2 quotes for gutter replacement and soffit repairs. The other company didn’t do soffits-which I found odd considering they were a roofing company. Not only was Juan Sosa decent in price, they did the soffit repair needed and work was done quickly.

GREAT! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They had a fair quote, worked quickly, identified another problem we had with our piping, and worked diligently to correct. Quick, thorough and overall excellent work. I won't use anyone else moving forward

Juan and his crew did an excellent job on our gutters. He listened to exactly what we wanted, and adjusted the quote upon request. The team worked quickly and cleanly. The office was easy to deal with as well. Would definitely recommend.

The two-man team showed up right on time and did a very professional job. They cleaned the gutters on our 2-story house and made several repairs. They cleaned up after themselves afterwards. They were courteous and professional, as was the lady I spoke with on the phone.. We would definitely hire them again.

Juan had installed sprinkler system in our lawn in June, 2017. We paid $4500. After a month, some sprinklers stop working and some need maintenance. We called and emailed but no response back. They did not show up. Last week some of our sprinklers started watering our neighbors bushes which cause their bushes turned brown. I emailed and request them to fix but still no reply. If you are planning to install irrigation system from Juan, please make sure check contract. He did not mention any maintenance in the contract. We are badly screwed up by Juan.
