We have been using this company every year (twice a year) for preventative pest service control. They have been very responsive and the technician they sent is top notch and helpful. No pest in the house, mouse control bait station filled, downstairs bugs eliminated. Very happy with their professionalism, service and products. Will continue using them.

They responded within 2 days to my request for quote. Tech was on time, polite, efficient, careful and explained what he was doing and reminded me that I had an Angie's coupon!

He was ethical, professional, and knowledgable. It turned out the holes were from a woodpecker. He inspected for the return of carpenter ants and found none. Since then, we've had no further damage, so he was correct. Terrific job!

Tim Chace came and did an evaluation and actually found where the termites were entering, he treated the area right away and came back a few days later and did a great job .

I contacted Colonial Pest and they offered to send the area rep out within 48 hours. I had company so we set up a date a few days later. Tim, the rep, was here ahead of time on the day appointed. He was most welcoming as far as having me shadow him as he looked all around my house. Besides checking out the basement (and finding the mouse house!) he looked in my attic, the main floor and kitchen, and all around the base of the house. He plugged up holes he found on the outside as well as the inside, and set 16 traps in the basement. I am paying for 6 months of coverage, and it is reassuring to know I can call and have him come back if I feel the need at any time during this period.

They charge $550 per year, been using them for about 5 or maybe 10 years.

Very responsive, they explained what was found and how they treated to get rid of them.

Not an easy problem to fix. Can't take the roof off the house to exterminate. The exterminator plugged up every hole on the outside and used something that when taken back to the nests by the hornets would kill them. Rather quickly the hornets seemed to disappear. Colonial was professional and knew what to do immediately. Even offered to return if the hornets didn't disappear.

They were really really excellent. They showed up exactly on time. They charged me exactly what they quoted me. They did exactly what they said they would do in an efficient manner. So far it has worked plus I have an excellent guarantee. The fact that they showed up when said they would says almost everything.

They came very quickly, diagnosed the problem through observation and a set of questions, and laid out a clear plan for us, that included humane trapping of the animals.

Employees were courteous and knowledgeable. Completed work efficiently.

While I may not know for a couple months if the treatment was effective, I was very impressed with the service. I sent an email inquiry over the weekend to start and received a phone call back the next business day. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. I was left with a detailed report about what steps they took and what products were used to address the mouse/ant issues. Thank you.

Its an annual service for unlimited visits a year. I do recommend them to my friends and family. They are reliable and efficient. It has been kept under control by that company. I wouldn't say they are the best prices, there are probably cheaper places out there.
