My renters work nights and I was very clear that we needed to do the work on their days off so as to not impact their day sleep schedule. We agreed on a 2-day window to complete a 1-day project. They no-showed on day 1, and sent 2 day laborers on day 2....who were only able to get about a quarter of the way done. My attempts to reach the owner were unsuccessful, yet the crew came back the next day....and the next.....despite the need for my renters to get sleep after their night shifts. They, finally agreed to pull the crew off site until the next available day....which they again no-showed. At this point we're a week after the original start date, 4 half days spent on the project, and still not complete. The final push to install the gutters has now taken 2 weeks, and even though we agreed on a day for them to come back on site.....they no showed....again. Terrible business operations, terrible communication.

Colorado Builders was the most professional roofing company I have every worked with. They don't use Sub-Contractors and the staff was just amazing to work with, and they were only on my job 1 week with all the work I had done. I would recommend them a 100 times over!!!

Overall the Job couldnt have came out any better, from the minute I first met Richie and he informed and walked me through the whole billing and insurance steps I knew everything would be great. The office was great at responding when I had any billing questions Charlene and Pickelo definitely handle any and anything that comes up.

After having many different companies come give me estimates Colorado builders made it simple and easy the job was done and complete in a weeks time. the work came out amazing.
