Colorado General Contracting is a Licensed General Contractor out of Parker Colorado. As a Colorado Native, roofing runs in the family back to 1983. When my dad and his brother started a roofing company, which is still in business today. Let us know if you need a roof. We however, Egress Windows is our main line of work. II help my brother when I was in high school in the summers and weekends Installing windows. Which as 22 years ago. Fast forward to 2018. After working for several GC' s over the years, where I have heavy reinforced concrete experience. Footings, Foundations, PT SLabs, Tilt-up buildings, flatwork, and multi-family commercial experience. Plus, commercial TI and Commercial ground up. After being a superintendent for 10 years. Boom Egress Window Contractor was born. I took It upon myself to start testing to be licensed. in 2017 that happened. 2018 LLC was formed. Colorado General Contracting IS licensed in about 15 cities and counties across the metro area. If I knew what I know now I would have never hired this company to install my Egress windows. The owner was very unreliable and had poor communication. In person, he promises a lot, but doesn't do any of it. He was a no-show for at least two appointments which he himself made.

You had a concern, then I finally said [Member Name Removed] why don't we let the inspector decide . What happened ???? You leave a one star rating on here for us [Member Name Removed]?? Childish , I would never do that to you or your business . But let everyone know , because at the end of the day . We passed inspection inspection first time around. We appreciate your business , have a good day!"

Nick and his team were amazing! My family previously used another company to construct a covered patio in our backyard but they failed to follow the City of Aurora's guidelines and kept failing inspections. The company then abandoned the project and we were left with an unfinished patio frame. That's when Nick came to the rescue! He is fully certified, knowledgeable, an honest man of integrity, who values quality and puts his customers above making a quick buck. He was highly communicative throughout the entire process, always so prompt and courteous from the time we inquired about a quote to the very last day of construction. Nick honored the rough estimate and came out to the home to do several formal estimates and suggest things that we had not thought of and guide us with what would and would not add value to the home. He worked seamlessly with the city to obtain necessary permits and completed an excellent project in just 3 weeks. I would absolutely recommend Colorado General Contracting for quality and customer service. Superb job. Thank you, Nick!

We had our master bath completely remodeled and Nick did a great job of getting everything (plumbing, electrical, etc.) taken care of. We are so happy with having a great new space in our home. We also had some issues with a squirrel chewing a hole into our attic and he repaired that as well.

Hail damage from a storm last year other companies made me wait for months before they would come out. Nick the owner took care of me right away, was very courteous, professional and gave a fair price. Would highly recommend them!

Went very smoothly considering the snow storms. They were able to work around the weather and still get the job done. Unfortunately they were delayed a little by the weather, but the finished product is outstanding.

Nick did a very good job. He tore down our fence and the existing gates and hauled everything away. He brought in his crew and meticulously laid out the whole fence, built it, stained it, and finished it. He did the same for a few gate fences. The work was very high quality, and he completed it within the time he estimated. We did our due diligence on pricing. Nick gave us a completely fair price that included estimated costs for materials and labor. The fence and gates are very high quality work. We are happy and plan to use his company again for future jobs.
