I hired ThriveStar to redo two bathrooms in my house. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Chris and James were easy to work with and were readily available for all of my questions and concerns. The workers were prompt, worked hard and were very careful to make sure that the inevitable construction mess was kept to a minimum and totally cleaned up every time they left the house. Melissa

Had them redo my entire shower, turns out there was a broken pipe and water damage i wasnt aware of and they took care of it all with no extra cost.

We hired them for a bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job. They used licensed tradesman for every part of the project. Chris communicated very well throughout the entire project. We got daily updates and were notified of any changes immediately. Highly, highly recommend.

This company is not worth the hassle. They did not complete the contracted job. The finishing touches were less than acceptable. The ceiling where they scraped popcorn ceiling and repainted is cracking, rippling and is uneven. I do not have covers on many outlets and its in the contract to replace them all, they have not done any. It was in the contract for them to replace the lighting, I ended up paying for all of the lighting out of pocket. There are places in the flooring that need to be replaced due to the tear out of a wall. They said it was not their job to patch the flooring. There are several spots on the cabinets that were nicked, scratched, cracked and not painted at all because of a new countertop install. Chris told me he completed a walkthrough (without me present) and has determined I put those scratches and nicks on the cabinets myself. I have asked them to come sand and repaint the walls where the old counter top was, they havent even tried. When trying to resolve these issues, Chris likes to blame the customer and ignores the request. All in all, this job ended up looking like a DIY remodel even though I hired and paid for professionals.

Great work! Very communicative and decent price

Had a remodel of a bathroom, laundry room. I also had them drywall the bedroom which only had paneling for walls. Very good value for money but not very detail oriented. Every room that I had them drywall at least one wall has a visible seam. They tiled the shower and there are not two tiles that are level with each other. If they match at the top of the tile then the bottom of the tiles don't. The drain at the bottom of the shower is tilted slightly which does create pooling of water in the shower but worse hurts when you step on it barefoot. was told they would be done in a week, which I thought was optimistic, and it took them two. They did come on their day off to finish the project. Customer service was okay, I would give more stars for a bit more from the crew. Things like saying we are done for the day, were they would just disappear at different times each day. The blocked my dog door multiple times at the end of the day. A few times they would change something and not tell me, that behavior made me feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. Cleanup wasn't the best had I chunks of tile in my driveway as well as some screws and wood pieces. They sent a person they just hired to my house the first week who wasn't as good as they thought he would be. I understand that, but why send an unvetted person alone to a job. To the companies credit they were always on time in the morning, the crew was always very courteous and pleasant, they were good with my puppy when she would get by me. When I pointed out flaws or something not done right they would correct it. The part I was most happy with was they never changed the price from the quoted price.
