"Unrivaled Old World Craftsmanship and Professionalism" From the second Jon showed up "on time" and stepped foot into our home the family was at ease. Jon gave us an estimate to install and refinish our water damaged (Sink Flood) floors that was extremely competitive with many of is top competitors. Jon explained the process so well, our 3 and 6 year olds understood what would happen and when. Jon, provided several samples of colors on our floor (making sure to appease my OCD) so we could decide on the color for our home. Once our color was selected and the date was set and the new wood was delivered Jon's professionalism shined from phone calls to verify dates were still good, to making sure the wood was stored properly for acclimation. When Jon sanded our floors with his dustless system I was sure I would find dust in our home but there was none. The floors are as smooth as a babies butt and the finish is spectacular. We love to show off our floors to Friends and Family!

Jon did an excellent job with revitalizing the pine floors in our cabin. The floors had a dark stain and several scratch marks from heavy furniture- the floors look brand new now. Jon was able to retain the character of the wood. He took the time to pound down nails in the floor to ensure a great finish. The cabin looks incredible - so bright and cheery now - just amazing what the refinish of floors can do for the entire home. We are simply thrilled with the craftsmanship and service. Not good. Called set up appointment he came to the house at no given time for the web site phone call ever mentioned a few for bidding he got about finished and was like oh yeah there is a $50 fee.

"I returned your call on a Sunday. Provided you with a bid after business hours. I do not advertise that I provide free estimates and you made no inclination that you were upset about the bid fee until 2 days after I had been there, when you texted me and I called you right back to try to rectify the situation and you hung up on me. You had no intention of using my service and admittedly told me you only called me there to verify the square footage of the three other contractors you had already had come out because you didn't believe them, to which I provided you with a moisture reading, the exact square footage, an explanation of the products and quality craftsmanship that I offer and a written estimate showing I reduced the balance by subtracting the bid fee. The bid fee is more than fair as I spent over an hour of my time with you and if you had used my services the fee would have been taken from the balance."

Jon discussed our project, products he uses, his process, and that he would leave my home clean every night and amazing floors when he was done. I felt very comfortable believing that is what he would do. Jon (and his wife) and Drew blew me away. First the came in and sanded an area and put several color samples so we could see exactly what it would like on OUR wood in OUR house. They worked long hours, spending extra time every night cleaning up. We ended up replacing carpet with hardwood in both our dining room in addition to refinishing the kitchen and living room area. Most impressive of all is that we did a herringbone pattern in our dining room. Every time I see it, I smile. Our whole family absolutely loved working with them even more than we love our floors. Believe me, we LOVE our floors. Their attention to detail, work ethic, clean work, and final product have been absolutely amazing.

It went fantastic. Jon was professional and extremely knowledgable. He literally brought my floors back to life from beyond the grave. During the process there was no dust. Jon used special equipment to eliminate the issue of dust and used HEPA filters. I did not have to clean ANYTHING after they left. I could not be happier with Colpron Custom Floors. I would absolutely recommend Jon and his company to anyone looking to have floor work done. Worth every penny. Thanks Jon for the amazing restoration!!!

The experience was awsome! He is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He is absolutely the best flooring guy around. He is the only person that i would call to do floors. He is a man of great integrity and is very honest.
