Do not recommend. I paid $200 for a deep cleaning of 800sq, 2 bed 1 bath house and feel completely ripped off. Things were not done that are standard in a regular cleaning, and it certainly wasn't a deep cleaning, window sills not wiped off, baseboards not wiped off, poor vacuuming plus simple things like putting the cushions on the couch, or moving things to clean under them weren't done.

It went quite well. My back can no longer handle some of the motions needed to do an overall cleaning. Scott and Joan also asked if there was anything specific to do. They dusted my various blinds. Really got under the area rugs and furniture as well as high pcs throughout the house which I can no longer reach. They totally washed down and scrubbed kitchen and bath as well as getting behind refrigerator, fortunately it was on wheels. They did an excellent job. I really liked that they asked about specifics. This put me at ease as I could rely on those things to be done which I no longer can tackle.

I do NOT recommend this company. They are lazy cleaners. I contacted Scott to clean a home that we just bought, I was interested in getting it deep cleaned before we moved in. I was looking for a deep cleaning to include base boards, windows, window seals, wall touch ups, kitchen, ceiling fans, 2 1/2 baths, and 4 bedrooms. We agreed upon a time of 12pm -4pm and price of $300 which seemed pricy but I was willing to pay for great service. Scott told me he was extremely confident with his 10+ years of cleaning experience that he and his partner would be able to complete the job in the allotted 4 hours. Upon arrival they were 25 min late, Scott came inside and I got started telling him everything that I expected while his partner took a "smoke break". I should have known at this point that something was wrong but I was so desperate to get the house cleaned so I could start moving into our new home, I ignored the warning signs. After walking through the house with Scott and pointing out everything I wanted done, we realized that the water had yet to be turn on. I asked if we should reschedule and he told me no, that they had the tools they needed and would still do a great job. I left them to their cleaning. About an hour or so later, my boyfriend stopped by the house to drop some thing in the garage and Scott had the hood to his car open. Concerned my boyfriend went inside to ask why, and his partner ( I don't remember her name) said that "she thinks he was working on it, putting oil in it or something". When he told me this I was furious, how unprofessional to work on your car with the time that I am paying for. I called him immediately and he tried to brush it off like it wasn't a big deal, it was just 10 min because his car needed oil. Then he asked me to go buy gallons of water so they could clean. I told him no that we can instead reschedule. I asked him if he thought he would be able to complete the agreement, again, he told me yes, that he was VERY confident. They were supposed to be done cleaning by 4pm so I came back to the house around 315pm to check things out. When I walk in they are working on the kitchen, it smells nice so in my head I'm like okay, this is a good sign. I ask if they were finished upstairs so I can go check it out, they say yes. Things I'm looking for upstairs: base boards to be clean (they were very dusty), window seals, bathrooms. In EVERY single bedroom there were at lease 1 baseboard that just completely got skipped, the corners still had gunk in them. In the master bathroom there is a stand up shower and a large tub. The tub still had dirt and hair in it, the soap holder in the shower wasn't wiped at all. It all just smelled like chemicals were sprayed but nothing was wiped or scrubbed. The window seals looked like the dirt was all just spread around. Scott came upstairs and I pointed all of this out to him, his partner then came up and started wiping everything with a rag. I told them that rag will not get the corners and most likely a scrub brush would be need, then to maybe wipe away excess liquid with the rag. At this point, I'm so confused because in the 3 hours they have had, they are now re-doing everything because it was done very poorly and still were not finished. Maybe 15 min later they both come back down and finish mopping and cleaning the kitchen up. I stayed outside with my son playing for a while. At this point its about 5 pm and they say they're all done. so I walk through and the laundry room wasn't even done..... All they had to do was wipe one counter, one cupboard and sweep and mop.. THATS IT, so I tell him and he's like "are you sure" okay I'll get on that right now. Around a vent there was some built up gunk that I also ask him to get up. 5 min later he says he is done but that to get the gunk up it would take about 15 min of hard scrubbing and he had to go. I was so disgusted at this point I just wanted them to get out of my house. I tell him that I was not happy and why I was not happy and that I don't think they gave quality service and that they were not professional, but I gave him the agreed upon $300. He have me $40 back, so I ended up paying $260. After they left I realized that the fridge shelves and drawers were not taken out and cleaned, doors were not wiped down, the pantry wasn't swept, light switched were not wiped down, downstairs window seals were not wiped down, on the ceiling fan 1 blade was not wiped, hanging light fixtures were not wiped down. I feel like it was a complete disaster, I ended up cleaning everything again myself. I would have saved time and money if I just did it myself.

Arrived on time with associate. Brought own supplies. After brief orientation, began cleaning upstairs while I remained downstairs with dog. Stripped and changed bed. Cleaned furniture, floors and large bathroom. Came downstairs and cleaned LR, dining area and kitchen, including floors and counters. Finished within 2 hours. Everything down well. He asked me to make a list of anything missed and he would add it for next time. Highly satisfied.

Scott and Joan did a fabulous job! We have two cats, so pet hair is a trouble. Our home was cleaned to a shine! They even vacuumed the couch! They did a great job on our windows, too. Scott was prompt with his communication and very friendly. We are very happy with their work!

I hired Scott and Joan to clean my house biweekly. I live in a two story home, with 2 dogs, and a mix of hardwood and carpeted floors. I am always excited to come home after work when they have cleaned, as I know that my house will look great! They do a great job of cleaning both my hardwood and carpeted floors, as well as detailed dusting. I’ve priced a few other services and their prices are very reasonable. After asking for a biweekly cleaning schedule, Scott texts me every other week with a time frame (morning or afternoon) and a day, and then I am quickly able to check my schedule and confirm the time and day via text. This is very convenient, as I work 3 jobs and cannot always talk on the phone. I’ve used their services for about 3 months now (and will continue to!) and would definitely recommend their service to my friends and family.

Liked Scott and Joan’s work so much that I hired them to clean regularly for me. They’ve now cleaned for me for more than six months and I’m very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness. They are flexible about my changing needs (to clean after house guests, to clean before my college-age kids come home for break, to clean on a regular, biweekly schedule, etc). Both my husband and I work from home. Scott and Joan are able to work around us and always get the job done.

It was a terrible experience... a rip off! They did not do deep cleaning at all! It was worse than a regular cleaning... no dusting, did not vacuum my upholstery, or clean my end tables, coffee table, did not clean/dust my picture frames. They did not even mop my floors properly! The ottoman in my living room with a throw and a tray on it was left as is! They were going to leave without even dusting my couches! I will never use them again and definitely do not recommend them to anyone!! In the end I settled with them for $200.

Excellent Job. Very Professional, on time arrival; great attention to detail. Everything shined like brand new. Included ceiling fans, floors--all the hard to reach areas. Also helpful advice as this was a task done to surprise the owner. I could not say enough-- a very, very good experience. From the kitchen (it sparkled) to bathroom (it shined) to-living room-dining room-bedrooms. The owner was very happily surprised & amazed at the awesome job. Would definitely recommend & the owner said the same thing. Worth every penny!

Did a great job in spite of a monumental task

He was very friendly and we appreciated how detailed our cleaning turned out. Our bathrooms were scrubbed to perfection and he even gave us advice on maintenance if our marble showers. Will definitely be booking again.

We found Scott on Angie's List. He responded right away to our call. He is very professional and pleasant. We set a bi-weekly schedule with him and he's cleaned our house three times so far. We are so glad we found him. We definitely "Come Home Happy!" on the days Scott has cleaned our home!

Scott let me know he would be 1/2 hr late, which was fine. He was then on time, and performed general cleaning to 2 baths, 1 bedroom, office, living room, and dining room. We both decided the kitchen looked good enough to skip. He took the full 3 hrs I paid for, and also cleaned the glass on the front and back doors, and swept off the front porch. He's professional and easy to talk to, and will customize his cleaning to fit the client's needs. I am definitely having him back!
