Paul D. came out to look at my A/C (3yr old) that was underperforming during the summer. I previously had a service plan with another company who came out and charged me to not fix the issue but wanted to upsell to a new A/C. Paul was able to quickly identify and correct the issue and the last few days that have been around 100, it has been very comfortable in the house. Also, the electric bill is lower since the unit isn't running constantly. I was also interested in adding a Mini-Split to my master bedroom. It's on the SW corner of my house and is the farthest run from the Central A/C. Riley H. came out and worked with me to determine the best option. Comfort Experts had the best prices and warranty around. It was installed a week after he came out and I have been very satisfied with it. The central unit doesn't run much overnight just to keep 1 room cool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comfort Experts to anyone.

Part had to be ordered. There was a delay in shipping., So the tech made special trip to Ft Worth to pick it up. Installed That day.

As far as the work goes everything went well. I was surprised by the expectation of the office that the recommendation to update major components of my unit continued to be emphasized, even though I am having regular service.

I've been a customer for 19 years and in that time I've moved homes; because of their field force competence I kept their service. I'm an engineer and I rate them technically the best, e.g. I've never had an issue that they didn't identify within 15 minutes of arriving and never left my home without a complete brief and plan/schedule for those situations where parts were required and immediately not on hand. I like these folks a lot. Dozens of different field engineers from Hobson have entered my home over the years and without exception have demonstrated honesty, courtesy, a professional demeanor and always a technical competence that warrants my praise. It also speaks well for the companies leadership. I have their maintenance program and it has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. I highly recommend them.

Technician arrived at scheduled time. Was very professional. Detected several potential problems that could cause system failure. Made suggestions on priority for repairs. I felt very comfortable with the explanation.

I was told by your professional, caring employees that my unit was under warranty and I owed nothing! It was fixed in a very timely manner. I never told my husband about all this - while he was in hospital and recovering from surgery!
