I initially saw Don for a problem that I noticed on my roof...it turned out to be the flashing. Upon closer inspection, it was found that the shingles were disintegrating and the plywood was soft in a number of spots. I then decided, since I needed a completely new roof, to go metal. It was explained to me that it will last virtually 50 years and is quite resilient. Don, and others on his team, measured the roof five times. He mentioned that it was one of the larger roofs he's worked on, so it had to be measured precisely. I appreciated that extra effort! Don worked hard to have the job completed on a timely manner, working well into the evening and night with his crew. There were slowdowns, though, due mainly to shortages in metal and wood...it could not be avoided. Now, that it's completed, I'm truly pleased! Very good work overall! It's good to know that this is one very important part of the home that will be the least of my worries for years to come! Currently, Don and his crew are working to install a walk in shower, install gutters, then freshen up my windows...so, more reviews to come!

"I have known this homeowner for years and have done great work for him, he called me out to look at a tree, gave him a price, he proceeds to talk me down, then, asked me to go inside and do things. Inside the home, prices fluctuate and are high and costly... I know my worth and I am not gonna let him dictate my prices. We have had a problem before... the thing is, he wants something for nothing. My sister has cleaned their house for 12 years and I have done some great work for them as well, it just did not fly over. So, thank you and we are not gonna please everyone."

I met Don yesterday, great guy, wonderful personality, yesterday, Thursday, 5/13, for a roof problem. We then talked about other things I wanted to do inside and outside the house that I recently purchased. Before I knew it, he started work on all of the hardwood floors in the house that evening! He worked throughout the night and the floors are incredible! He cleaned and polished them and they look great! I am now waiting for estimates on the roof/gutters and installation of a shower, maybe a walk in. I am positive that I will be using his company's services for a long time to come and I look forward to the results of his future work! From what I've already seen of his work, I would highly recommend him without reservation! Thank you.
