The guy was so professional and did a great job and offered to fix another problem I have and very understanding

He was right on time and knowledgeable about the drain slowly draining and fixed it!

The man who came to do the work was professional and did the work as directed by his supervisor who didn?t know basic electrical knowledge. He was instructed to use smaller wire and much bigger breaker than is required and not what we asked for nor what was quoted. What he installed was extremely dangerous and fire hazard particularly since it was under the house in the crawl space where a fire would go undetected till too late to save lives. The electrician who came here had to replace everything he did to our specifications turning a hour and half job into a six hour job. It doesn?t appear that the electrician in charge is an actual licensed electrician and clearly doesn?t know what he is doing. We worry about the young apprentice sent out to do the work will end up killing somebody from following instructions from his incompetent boss.

They were solid, everything was on time and perfect, they cleaned up everything.

They did a great job, they got out here before they said they would get out here. They were very professional and got it done real quick.

He was hired to convert a brand new furnace that was natural gas over to propane. He put the wrong orifices in and burnt up the heat exchange and destroyed the furnace. We verified with another company that he did indeed install the wrong orifices that destroyed the furnace thus making the warranty for the original furnace null and void. He is not answering our calls after finding out that we wanted to be reimbursed for the new furnace that had to be purchased.

I was charged $450 by this company to fix my Generator. When the power went out a couple weeks later. my generator didnt kick on. upon hiring another pro to get my generator running they noticed several issues that anyone who know what they were actually doing would have noticed and addressed. Including, 'generator switched to off' corrosion on the battery terminals, low oil on the generator motor. Before he took the rest of my money and left he assured me that he had ran and tested the generator fully. Which was a lie. I really hope no one else has to go through what I went through hiring this guy.

I was able to book an appointment the very next morning after I called this company. The fee was very reasonable and the work was completed in a very courteous and timely manner. Great work efficient very friendly no extras were charged. Great job hire them

I was immediately called by Commercial and Home Services Unlimited minutes and within an hour and a half there at my house. Charles was very professional and asked what work I was wanting to get done. Job was completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours and Charles came in and explained every question I had and explained what he had done which was replaced drain shoe pipe and and other pipes leading out to the air vent and waste line. I was very pleased with punctuality communication and professionalism. Charles insured if there was any problems I could call him and he would be back to take care of any problem. I couldn't be happy the way things worked out

Had asked, via the web site, two plumbers to give an estimate, he called first, made an appointment, he showed up on time, figured out what was going wrong with the well, pressure tank and controls that prevented water flow, determined how much it would cost to fix in less than 20 minutes. Said yes, do it and in less than an hour (including going for a part) it was done.
