It was great. They did a good job. They cleaned everything up. They did what I asked.

The quality of work was good. They came in a short notice. I would probably use the service again.

Their technician “Frank” arrived exactly on time and did a fabulous job. Our carpets look brand new. We have used Commercially Clean before and they do not disappoint. They make note of our concerns and are very attentive to our instructions. On a sidenote, we saw that they clean exterior windows and have made an appointment to have that done. I will leave a review at that time.

I actually used them on 24 August. Frank was very prompt arriving on time and did an excellent job. We also had our front room couch cleaned for additional cost that was very reasonable. This is the 2nd time we have used Commercially Clean and they did not disappoint.....EXCELLENT JOB! Our light beige carpet and 2-level heavy stairs..again look brand new... THANK YOU Frank & Commercially Clean!!

Fantastic. The team that came were hard working and diligent. They worked very hard and did a great job. The front office was available by phone and follow emails. Definitely will bring on board again. The place was gorgeous after their hard work.

The 2 gals that did the deep cleaning did a fabulous job. The house sparkled afterwards. Then 2 different gals came a month later to do a regular cleaning. They were very nice but spoke almost no English and didn't seem to understand either verbal or written directions. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling clean. They did a good job on the vacuuming but didn't move anything (even dining room chairs) to ensure they got everything vacuumed. The dusting was done very quickly as I could see exactly where the duster hit and missed on furniture tops. I had a few specific places that I wanted vacuumed (left a written note) - indoor/outdoor carpet runner in garage as well as on our large front door area and an area under my bed where the dog sleeps. None of those were done. BUT - when I talked to Brandy in the office, she immediately sent someone over to take care of those areas. Excellent customer service!! And I should add, Brandy said they don't usually send two workers with limited English skills on a job together but had a problem with scheduling that morning. I will definitely hire this company again because I can trust that if something isn't completed the way it should be, they will do whatever is needed to get the job done to our satisfaction!

They do a very good job. I leave notes or text for specific things I need done. Feels good to come into a clean house.

Well done and will hire again once extra bathroom remodel is done.

As my husband was very sick for almost a year, I had little time for housework. To say my kitchen and bathroom were absolutely filthy is an understatement. I purchased their 8 hour deep clean on Angie's List for $288. The two employees worked very hard, and never took a break. When they finished, my kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean. I couldn't be happier with their work.

They did a fantastic job. My tub was sparkling as were all the appliances. Very nice girls. Very friendly and hard working

It was just fine. I didn't have any complaints about it. It was thorough and well-done. If we still live there, we would use them.

Commercially Clean LLC work on 3 area carpets, never clean before by specialist, they needed clean asap. There was stains of all sort, and stairs were looking rough. The job they did was amazing, but the best part was how friendly their staff was and how carefully he worked on the stains. He really care about doing a good job and be recommended to others. Thanks a lot Frank!

When I spoke with the company I mentioned that I had one area with pet stains.  They said, no problem, she can treat those areas.  She did no mention that that would be an additional $300!!  When I addressed these issues with the technician she said, "Oh, the office gals don't know anything about the pricing."  Well, the office gals also did not say they would check with anyone to see if there were any additional charges.  I had a dinner party scheduled that night, and needed the carpet cleaned, especially the pet stain that was in the middle of the hallway.  She ended up treating the one stain for $20 after we went back and forth numerous times, and she finally could see that no way was I going to pay an additional $294.  If I hadn't already paid $119 and also had the upcoming party, I would have asked her to leave.  She also came with a bad cold, and was coughing a lot.  She was careful not to share her pen and touch my credit card, but certainly doorknobs and such are contaminated.  She should have stayed in bed for a few days and not be out spreading germs.
