I was so very pleased to have found David Lambert to work with as a contractor for the renovation of a condo that I had purchased David and his team consulted with me for a few months prior to the decision to contract with them. They were always available for a call or visit to answer the TONS of questions I had. Once they started the renovations , not only did they help me make many decisions that I didn't even think of , they remembered everything I asked for even in times when I had forgotten such as lighting fixtures and dimmer switches. David has vast experience in realty, contracting, and decorating . This helped me greatly with the esthetic in what I consider now, a "new" home. My first impression of David was great. He's a smooth talker. The first month he was very responsive and returned phone calls, texts, emails and was great. But once he took my first payment he disappeared and l never heard from him again and that was 7 months ago. I waited and reached out to him many times over the course of 2 months. I've now hired a new builder who has been wonderful (there are so many good options out there) but I would never recommend David Lambert of Commonwealth Build and Design. He's a liar, thief, and he has set our project behind by months. DO NOT WORK WITH DAVID LAMBERT.

This company was absolutely fantastic! Workers were polite, courteous and respectfully. They take pride in their work and they honor your request.They worked during the holiday to be sure that my family and I had an enjoyable holiday. I will forever be appreciative of their services during holiday 2024 - 2025.

Project done very well. The work was done meticulously and we are very pleased. Finally we were able to find the right person for the job. Could not ask for better.

Brilliant job! David Lambert working with Walter Miranda’s crew did a superlative job. Walter figured a way to use less Trex on my deck and so $4000 was removed from my bill. Great communication with David Lambert on costed and job specifications. We got exactly what we wanted in a short amount of time. Tremendous work ethic from the crew. We are quite pleased. We want to reno the basement to a mother in law apartment and we will be contacting David for that in the near future.
