It was excellent. He always does a great job and he is very conscientious about his work.

They came out a couple of times. They set some traps, very professional, quick, and knew exactly what they were doing. They freed the groundhog in the wild and now I'm groundhog free.

Dan from Commonwealth Wildlife Control was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. It went very well and now I am Squirrel free.

It was a nicest company, he was a nicest person, excellent and honest.

Mainly, I needed fast, competent service, and that's what I got, so I am happy. <br />

The worker who dealt with the squirrels was fine. Our problem was that the company does not respond to telephone calls even though their service promises calls back within 5 minutes. This made it impossible to check on the status of the job, which went on for days, or to know when it was done. Of note, this company has a BBB rating of "F", something we did not realize when we hired them.

This company did some work last summer to remove bats and I was fairly satisfied. Now I have another problem with animals in the same roof and was told that it must be because I didn't do the whole house and therefore I was not covered under their 2-year warranty. I asked him to come and look because I didn't think the bats could travel that far. After missing the first appointment and 3 unreturned phone calls, I threatened to call BBB and write him up on angies list. He called back immediately. He refused to give me an explanation. He came a few days later and did the work described. He said that it wasn't bats and must be flying squirrels. So, I could get a discount, but still had to pay. My "discounted" rate for 30 minutes of work was $300. A little high in my estimation.

The men arrived, explained to me the procedure, then they set up ladders and went on the roof to seal around any entry areas except where they found main entry holes where they put up the exit doors. They then went around the rest of the house and did the same. I have not seen or heard anything since.

I was extremely happy to find that Dan McLean and David McLean were immediately responsive to my bat invasion on a weekend (8/2 and 8/3/08). They are available 24/7. Dan arrived within 2 hours of my phone call on a Saturday morning. He quickly found the bat in my living area and gently removed him, and inspected the inside of my house for anymore strays. David came early on Sunday morning with a roofer. They inspected my house inside and out, locating two holes high up on the roof. They fixed the flashing and installed exit-only doors for the bats still inside the house. Once out, they can't get in again, with a guarantee of 2 years. The whole process took about 2-3 hours. Both Dan and David were very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and also caring of the wildlife. No bats were harmed. I especially liked that David has a degree related to wildlife and could advise me about bats' habits. While the price was a bit high for me for an unexpected expense like this, I'd do it again in a second.

They came out right away, and put up the cage to catch them. They didn't catch anything, and instead installed a one way door, which worked. They let us keep the cage up while we were having other roof work done to make sure they didn't get back in

IN THE END, EVERYTHING HAS TURNED OUT FINE, BUT IT WAS ANNOYING TO DEAL WITH THEM. OUT OF TRAPS, TRAPS NOT WORKING, VARIOUS DISAGREEMENTS ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. NOT SAYING IT WAS TERRIBLE, BUT I WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME.
