Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Their man Steve offered to take our chimney down, frame in the hole and shingle over it. The problem is Steve and his one Latin worker abandoned my chimney "INSIDE" our attic soffit. Which interestingly enough does not even meet code in Columbia Mo. where they are located. In the meantime my health has deteriorated rapidly over the past five years. It seems that an abandoned Chimne in this manner sets the home up for what is called "The Stacking Effect". It is also a hug No No to close (or in this case not close) or cap a chimney. As it can cause a myriad of problems like water intrusion, mold, bug's and a whole lot of dust being sucked from the open stack and blown all over our home the last five years. I got a hold of Brandon and then later Joe Burns from CoMo by email and voiced my concerns. Joe wrote me back and said they were not
'insulation specialists". I have offered twice to mediate this with them to no avail.You know what else they are not is stone masons or Chimney sweeps!

CoMo Premium Exteriors did a great job replacing our roof after a destructive hail storm. The new roof was completed in one and a half days, and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. Th clean up aspect was important to us because we have children who play out in the yard alot. They were careful around our extensive landscaping too.

CoMo originally put LP siding on my home plus gutters and a roof. Then with the recent hailstorm they replace it again 8 years later and did a great job. Cleanup was good and it was easy to work with them. I recommend them.

As you can see , my first review was 5/2023. Well I’m glad to say my headache with this company is finally over ( 10/2024 ) ! After threats of “ breach of contract” and “no admission of fault”, I can finally get a reputable company to complete the work that should have been done as promised. From their sales team, project managers to general managers you will find nothing but a lack of individuals who know how or what needs to be done. In NO WAY a “Premium “ construction service company, and they have no idea what quality workmanship is. Even after they came back for 2 days of “warranty repairs” on a new roof and gutters, there are still numerous issues that this company refused to correct. ( ie - damaged stucco, siding, landscaping, facia, soffit, etc ) They are great at subcontracting and hiring attorneys though ! Stay away from this company. You will be happier if you do.

They had their workers working on my roof in complete darkness. The individuals then destroyed my ceiling when trying to install two skylights. The company has refused to repair the damage they caused!!! This company does not care about its workers or customers!!

Do not use CoMo Premium Exteriors. Pay someone else to do premium work before it’s too late. They make promises and then blame everyone but themselves when their promises are unrealistic.. If you look at the common thread between all fo their complaints: They make big promises upfront and never deliver on timelines, hope that you don't notice poor workmanship. We waited six months for the delivery of 12 windows and one door, and when they arrived, it turned out the project manager forgot to order the door entirely. He said he was going to come back out and take measurements of the door again because he lost them, but he never did and appears to have just ordered something willy nilly that lost us about six inches from the doorway, three one each side. He also turned out to have not even measured all the windows so one didn’t fit and they had to cut a new hole in the house. The first “crew” to come out was one guy. He was allowed to come to our house after a police incident at another property where he screamed at the homeowners and broke things. We were not told this until after they were trying to cover their butts for the poor workmanship of the subcontractor they still sent to our house. This part of the job was supposed to take 3 days (THEIR estimate!). It took at least two weeks. The contractor left trash on the side of our house the whole time, dumping the old windows in the grass and resulting in broken glass all over our yard. We asked about cleanup and within seven days, nothing happened. Our interior contractor felt so bad that he cleaned it up for us himself, out of the goodness of his heart and concern over BROKEN GLASS in our yard. So trying to cover their butts, they fired our project manager mid-project and we spent the next 2 months waiting for their other project manager to come out. He said he would have “their best guy” come out and redo the entire project. That guy was great! He was supposed to be there in one week. It took 3 weeks for him to arrive. Then the job was supposed to take 3 days. It took a week, and they also never did everything they said they would, like fixing the door which we had to hire a different contractor to come fix so we can even open/close it. I don’t care if small mistakes are made on a job. What concerns me is this company will make you sign a payment agreement before they event get started on their delayed, mediocre work, and then you’re stuck paying for “professional” work that also involves a workman yelling at your wife and endless broken promises.

Awesome! Como did roofing and siding for me. I have a super steep roof and they not only got it done in one day, they did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and I never found nails in my yard. The crew was super nice and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. On my siding they also did a awesome job. The house looks beautiful and I get a lot of comments from friends and family about how great it looks. They are honest with you about what to expect and they do what they say. Thanks CoMo, my wife and I love our new roof and siding.

The shingles look very good but I have two leaks one around a new vent they installed stained living room ceiling, They also installed new boots around stink pipe it leaked They come and looked at it twice but done nothing about it Kitchen ceiling still brown stain. I wrap stink pipe with tape to stop leak I did get it stop but not a good fix. I have called them several times and they promise but never show nor do you every hear from them again. Guess its the old story if you want it do it your self at 80 years my son has problem with me on roof but that life do what you have to. I did paint my living room ceiling my self once again como promised they would fix it think three years would be enough time.

This material was not replaced at your request and we do believe that this is the reason for your current leak. The pipe boot flashing's were replaced and after the inspection of your attic, we did confirm this. We certainly want to be of assistance to help you resolve this issue but we do have to insist that the source of the leak is coming from the original vent that was not replaced at your discretion."

Joe came out for a roof inspection the same day. As it happened he was already in the neighborhood. He found it to be in good shape considering it's age. Told me we have a few nail pops and how I could mitigate them. I also asked for an estimate on a new roof. He had one sent to me that evening. Seems very professional and trustworthy. Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and I appreciate that. I would recommend them to others and plan to use them when we decide to replace the roof. <br />

It was great! From the quote to clean-up we were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and workers. The quality of material is great and they installed the siding on schedule. Notably, the crew saw a rainstorm coming through and rigged a tarp over the back of the house so they could keep working. The total cost came in exactly where we budgeted. Overall, they were great to work with and everything was on time and on budget.
