We also have our own granite / stone fabrication shop. We save you thousands on your kitchen and / or bath renovation project because you are working directly with the manufacturer / dealer for all of your materials. For installation, each is a specialist in their trade. We don't mix and match professionals. For example, your tile guy only does tile, your carpenter only performs carpentry, etc. You get the best of service from the professional in their field. If required a licensed General Contractor manages your work. Our products are of the highest quality at the best price.

"This is a false report. Our company has sued this individual for non payment, we have secured a lien against his property. This is aimply an attempt to damage our reputation. Our work was completed however the plumber they hired who they paid and who did work on their furnace did a poor job, and this customer decided not to pay us because theyran out of funds after fixing their furnace issue. That work had nothing to do with us. That is why we have sued them to collect our payment."
"Hi Everyone! I must respond. Our team did a great job with the installation of this Customer's counters and the Customer signed off on the work the day we did it, with no concerns. A few days later we received a call that the Customer later saw that the corner of the granite near the built in stoves had a 1/2" radius on it and they felt like it should be curved more. This was a simple change, and not a problem. When the Customer first requested this change, we told them that because this was not a flaw in the workmanship but a design change, I would send the guys back when they were in the area. The Customer was very understanding. However, 1 week later we received this review. We had not fallen off the face of the earth as claimed. We had agreed to make a scheduled date in the future to make this change. We did go back and make the modification the Customer requested. We also drilled a hole for a soap dispenser they decided to buy. Mist fabricators would have charged for these extra services. I believe we really don't deserve a D Rating. I personally took this Customer shopping for their granite, which I always do and which no other fabricator does. We quickly templated and installed their counters. The modification to the counters were requested after we had left, and we returned and made these changes without charging the Customer. It is our intent to always make our Customer's happy. Some Customer's we cannot no matter what we do to satisfy them, but we always try and do our best."
"I agree 100% with the member's assessment. The big problem we had was the plumber. We recommended a guy who came out but then left a leak under the sink. It took him 4 weeks or so to get back to the member and fix the leak. He was aweful! i called him over and over, and so did the member. He finally came out to fix the leak, but it was really embarrassing and very unprofessional. We of course no longer use him, and we are hiring a full-time plumber on staff who we can control and send where and when we want him. We are always looking to improve our company. "Hi member, Agreed, we are not using that sub again. That was a bit difficult but of course we always back up our Customer's and covered all expenses related to the contractor hitting the power line when screwing in the cabinets. It was great working with you! Pete"
"Hi Member, Not sure where this is coming from, during this project there was no delay. We worked under the timeline of the the Customer's contractor. I was out of the country on vacation with my family the week we were installing this counter, so there was a bit of confusion, but as far as I was aware until I read this review, there were no major problems. In fact, the Customer added a backsplash after the job was complete and we worked around his schedule to install this for him, and did not charge extra for it. I apologize for any misunderstandings when I was away, my staff works very hard to make all Customer's happy. My Best Always, Pete"
