Competence Plastering and Stucco Inc

First of all, I had removed about 90% of plants from around the house trimmed back what was necessary. They covered nothing and still trampled on what was remaining. They did not cover vents when pressure washing water was flooding into my garage through the vents. They did not cover the air conditioner. There is a mound of paint chips in the air conditioning unit. They hosed off the patio roof right into my pool. I watched it on video. They did not clean up after themselves on a daily basis they left their scaffold, lumber, etc., all over my front yard as if it were a construction site. We stacked their equipment and had to clean up after them. The stucco application was at a bare minimum. There are spots we can still see paint from the original house color. There were cracks, crevices, and more than multiple places he was called several times to return and fix areas and those areas he had about half of them with a paintbrush, and it is not blended into the rest of the stucco.
