Carl came to my home to give me an estimate on my "damage". He showed up on time, was professional, listened to my concerns and gave me a fair price. When he returned to clean and scotch guard the carpeting and furniture, he showed up with the same professionalism. AND no hidden charges! Will definitely hire him again.

Carl is very professional, punctual and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. The carpets in our rental were fairly dirty due to previous renters who smoked and had pets. He got them looking and smelling like brand new. I especially liked that the carpets weren't soaking wet whem je was done, like some other companies we have used in the past. I would definately recommend Carl to friends and family. I also own a service business so I consider myself very hard to please.
