They didn’t communicate the ask and the workers pulled up more grass than originally asked. I was then asked to pay for additional grass I did t request to be removed. They eventually replaced the grass but the additional grass looks almost dead.

"We apologize you didn't have a great experience. To be clear you didn't pay for any additional sod. You were told for the other areas you wanted done you would need more sod which you would not be charged for. The day we completed the job you were satisfied with it. It was not until days went on trying to collect payment with no communication from you that you mentioned you were unhappy. Communication goes a long way on both sides. All you had to do was call or email and inform us, as soon as I heard I had a team out within hours to correct it. We are all about customer service but we cant handle what we are not aware of. Again I apologize your experience felt like less then."

They do it all and at a great price, you know how most landscaping companies these do one size fits all services and only cut the grass? These guys are the opposite. Jennifer is their admin and is on top of everything, great to work with. Their lead on my project is Mark and he is the man, all of his guys are top notch - knowledgeable, professional and friendly, but especially Bobby his irrigation tech. All around I love this crew and am so happy to have them working on my new home, I am in great hands.

Mark and crew designed and buildt us a beautiful garden and replace our lawn. They made sure the irrigation system was working properly and fixed anything that needed to be fixed so our garden and lawn receive the proper care. Crew was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Communication was good. Great service.

Competitive edge was absolutely wonderful, I was visiting my daughter from Maryland. I was leaving in 2 days to go back home. I needed someone to come out before I left. I filled out the request in the morning, and within 3 hours I got a call and before noon Mark was in my daughter’s driveway and we were making a plan. These people are all customer service driven. Had great knowledge of the work that needed to be done. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted but Mark walked us through it with and was very patient. The finished project was absolutely amazing. My daughter loved and her home was transformed. I would use them again without question.

CE’s team has done a great job taking care of my HOA’s landscaping over the last 18 months. They are reliable, take initiative to care for parts of our landscape without being reminded to (we had to remind our last company to trim the hedges all the time). We’ve also had them rotate our landscaping throughout the year and mulch. They also have taken steps to fix our irrigation and noticed when we had a leak.
