Complete Animal Removal, especially Michael Wells, couldn't have done a better job helping me with my rodent issue. Living across the country from where my property is located, I was at a loss. Michael was able to diagnose the problem immediately and put together a plan to take care of it. The rodent problem was gone in a very short time and the team made sure they put everything in place to make sure it didn't get out of hand again. Thank you Animal Removal - and Michael for your expertise!

Michael and Dakota saved the day! Over the holiday weekend we had an uninvited guest scratching around in our attic. My mother-in-law swore it was something bigger than a mouse. So I called up complete animal removal, and they came out the next business day for a FREE inspection. Honestly, the best free inspection I’ve ever had. Not just because we had no signs of anything larger than a mouse, but because of the quality of service Michael and Dakota provided. They gave a curtesy call before hand, inspected the attic and took pictures so I didn’t have to go up. They worked great together, and we’re both super knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. After inspecting the attic, they took the time to explain to me what they found, and the possible whys behind the situation. The gave their professional opinions for solutions as guys just trying to help, versus guys selling a service or a product for a company. Their integrity was immensely appreciated and the reason that I will go back to this company in the future, write reviews (which I never do), and recommend them to my neighbors. Complete Animal Control failed to honor their word & workmanship. After identifying that rats had found their way into our basement in October 2021, we were recommended to contact Complete Animal Control. Cody identified the issue and came up with a plan to reinforce the structure of our home, guarantee the work & a rat-free house for two years, and remove & replace insulation that the rats had torn up in the basement. Within 1 month, rats had re-entered the basement & I was even able to take a video of a rat burrowing into the side of our house. I called Cody explaining the issue. He sent another guy named Immanuel who, after seeing the video in person, laughed and said “Oh that’s cute!” He failed to take any responsibility or do anything about the rats re-entry, despite me clearly explaining what was going on. Additionally, this company left feces-riddled insulation strewn across our basement for weeks after “completing” their work. We had to call four times before anyone made any effort to actually finish the job. Again, these were not extra requests; these were clearly outlined tasks by the company that they simply failed to follow through on. It is March 1, 2022 - we have repeatedly reached out to the company asking them to either refund us all or some of our money, or put the money we paid into a monthly service that they retroactively recommended that we buy ($70/mo), despite initially saying it was not necessary. I am a rational, level-headed guy who cares about facts, first and foremost. The facts are: 1. Complete Animal Control made false promises on the front end of an agreement that they’ve since failed to adhere to 2. Despite trying to get in touch with the company since then, we have been repeatedly ignored & when we are able to make contact, we are made to seem like we’re being unreasonable for simply wanting what was promised to us on the front end - a rat free home 3. The best use of my money turned out to be buying rat traps from Lowe’s and catching the rats myself. Unfortunately, I had already paid this unreliable, dishonest, & crooked company.

I feel sick to my stomach when I think about how much money we paid Complete Animal Removal to NOT do the job we hired them to do, which was to keep rats out of our basement. We opted for the expensive preventative solution that Cody recommended, which meant that they identified and reinforced all weak spots in our house where an animal could find their way in. We decided it was worth the extra money to have this more permanent solution, and the work was guaranteed for two years. We opted out of the monthly service particularly because we were spending a large sum and it was communicated that the work would be guaranteed for two years. Within one month of having this work completed, rats had made it back into our basement. Complete Animal Removal claimed it was through no fault of their own. Shocked at their refusal to take responsibility, I sent a couple of messages to see if there was a miscommunication and to request that they either refund our money or apply the money towards several years of monthly service. They have not responded. Please do not patronize this business which does not stand by their promises.

April 2021 we had Michael Wells and team do extensive Animal Removal. They did a fantastic job. Recently we have seen the return of the rats and the very day I reached out to Mike, he was at the house. That was three weeks ago and one of his teamme has been by daily to check traps. Justin, Isaiah, Kevin and Mike are all so polite, professional, and have done another fantastic job! Thank you Complete Animal Control team that services Arrington/Murfreesboro TN! 5 stars from this customer!

Their service is good but their prices they charge is ridiculous too much money just to get rid of mice and place wire screen under and around the outside HVAC to prevent skunks from gaining acces to the crawl space.

I’ve had a great experience with Complete Animal Removal. So thankful for Michael Wells’ knowledge of our reptile issue. He was so kind and thorough. I hope we never have an animal issue again, but if we do, I will reach out to him no doubt!

Michael Wells, from Complete Animal Removal, came to our home to remove a snake which was in our crawl space. He literally got here within a half hour of our calling them, quickly and efficiently removed it and checked the entire crawl space for signs of any other snakes down there. He was personable and courteous and we would not hesitate to have him do jobs in the future. Complete Animal Removal has always come to our rescue whenever we have encountered a wildlife problem. I would highly recommend them !

Nick saved us a bunch of money and was SO friendly and professional. They will always be my first call from now on— they arrived at our home within like an hour of calling!

We are currently utilizing the company for trapping and removal of a skunk that found a home in our crawl space. Michael went above and beyond to ensure our family had a safe Christmas by taking time on Christmas Eve to come to our home and check on our situation. And yes... he was able to successfully trap and remove the skunk. We were also very pleased with the detailed way that Michael presented us with our options for cleaning and restoring our crawl space. We never felt pressured to choose one option over the other. We were simply presented with the information and felt that we got all of our questions answered. We had a pest problem (mice) in our attic and crawlspace. As a result, we needed to not only remove the pests and close up entry / access points but also to remove and replace the 30+ year old insulation in our attic. We had read many positive reviews as well as received personal referrals from friends for the team at Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation and we were not disappointed. Many thanks to Michael for meeting with us for the initial inspection, answering questions, and guiding us through the process. The Teams from Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation Inc. did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and professional. The team at Complete Animal Removal worked through the pest removal process and closed up all entry and access points to prevent future issues. This process took several weeks and included sealing up all access points in our attic, crawlspace, etc. Once we had the pest issue under control, the team at Complete Insulation removed all of our fiberglass insulation in our attic and installed new closed-cell spray foam insulation. The spray-foam insulation install process went very smoothly. We had one minor electrical item that needed to be addressed in the attic while the team was prepping for the install and the team had an electrician onsite same day. We really appreciated the guys knocking out the install in a single day. Many thanks to Josh Gilbert, Josh Francis, Colton Brake, Alex Moulton, and Dylan King. They laid down heavy plastic to protect all of our hardwood floors and cleaned up when they finished. I've posted several pics to show before and after. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to family and friends.

Complete Animal Removal made their initial visit quickly after initial contact. They developed a thorough plan after the initial inspection, and did an outstanding job delivering on it. All of the team who were at our house for work/inspection were professional and courteous, especially Nick. Highly recommended!

After hearing critters running around our attic in the night, we called Complete Animal Removal. They came right over, assessed the situation and discussed our options for removing the critters and closing the numerous gaps and entry points. This process required many trips to set and check traps; remove the animals; and complete the extensive repair work. Most impressive was how professional the company employees were in doing this job. Cody was the inspector who directed the project. Mason and Austin were the techs who did the majority of the work. They were professional, friendly and very proud of their work. Dianne in the office was wonderful, promptly returning our calls and keeping us informed on every step of the project. Although the project took longer than we anticipated, the company and its employees worked very hard to see that the job was completed. We would definitely recommend them and use them again ourselves.

Superb! We were under their warranty, and they had someone out here within a day to make sure that a skunk who had visited again wasn't actually under the house again. Donnie Hickman came out and carefully checked the entire crawlspace again, which was secure and critter free. Then he rechecked every vent, and even made wiggly ones tight again by using cement mortar. Above and beyond expectations! That's Donnie's work and also the work of this entire company. And another bonus is that I always learn more about wildlife when talking with anyone from this team and grow in appreciation for every creature. Like us, they are trying to manage an ever changing world that sometimes upends their needs. Thank you to this whole team and to Donnie!

Michael was a huge help and so nice! Luckily there wasn't an issue this time but I'll definitely be calling on them again with any future wildlife problems.

Outstanding team of workers. They are prompt, courteous and thorough. From Cody, who first arrived within two hours of my call, to Nick who wrapped up the final disinfection process today, these guys are awesome. We worked with Cody, Nick, Mason, Emmanuel, Dale and Jake. Each one always called in advance and left a note afterwards detailing the work. We now have a crawlspace that's clean, critter-free and secured from further uninvited guests. I also highly regard this group because their trapping methods are kind, and they rather efficiently catch the critters and check the traps every other day (and will come the same day if one has been trapped overnight). They relocate them, very much respecting the animals and giving them a chance to set up life again --- just not under or in a house. Love the cooperative and efficient efforts of this company. Upstanding group of men who care about what they do, care about the people and manage to also care about the critters. Win win!

I interviewed several companies to do this work. Complete offered experienced resources in both the areas of animal control and insulation removal/replacement. Importantly Jordan, their inspector, impressed me with his knowledge, positive attitude and desire to obtain my business. The work began with many hours of thorough inspection of where the mice (and a snake!......no doubt hungry for a mouse dinner) were entering the affected areas followed by repairs of all those entry points to prevent a reoccurrence. Then traps were set and checked every two days by Complete until after several weeks my home was rodent and snake (!) free. Complete involved a number of their experienced resources on the animal control effort ........all professional and all with positive attitudes.............. but the stars were Dale (make sure you ask for him regarding animal control) and Logan. The next step was to remove the old insulation and replace with new. I decided to go with spray foam instead of the batted insulation for a number of reasons.......the most important of which was Larry’s understanding of that technology. Larry is the manger of the spray foam group and is a real star for Complete. As far as I can tell his knowledge may be the best in the industry in Tennessee.......maybe the country!! He had a unique situation with my home and refused to give up until he had solved the problem! His crew Alex, Dylan K, Anthony F and Josh were professional and had positive attitudes even on some of the hottest days of the year when they had to get in their spray foam gear and work in my attic (talk about a weight loss program!!). Although my job seemed big to me it seemed fairly ordinary for the Complete experts. While the action was taking place at my home over several months it was organized and managed by a top group of administrators. Dianne was the star of the group but Emily, Amy and Michelle were also always there to respond to my requests and questions. I felt that these four and the animal control and insulation groups always had customer satisfaction as their ultimate goal. While I hope to never have to undertake a similar project in the future, I certainly know who I will hire if I do!

Cody Fitzgerald did a great job with the initial quote and explained every detail of the quote. He was professional and super friendly. After trapping occurred I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Campbell. I can not brag about him enough he was kind, professionally, and an all around awesome guy! I liked him so much I requested working exclusively with him. I had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Diane Swann at the main office who is one of the most kind people I’ve had the pleasure of talking to! I highly highly recommend Complete Animal Removal!!!
