Very nice. On time. I do wish he would have gone all the way up to the edges of the carpet, but the reason I hired him was to clean it up for a home sale and it looks good.

Andres did a good job for a reasonable price. However it did not take care of the urine odor in the carpet. I should have gone with someone who would have addressed that particular problem.

Complete Capet Cleaning-Andres did a good job and was efficient. I appreciated his good customer service even though there were some bumps in the road. By using portable machines the water and electricity needs to be on so the job can be done. I had recently got the property 2 days before so he told me to get 4 5-gallons of water. I had to run out to get water and go to 3 different stores since the refill machine was out where I purchased the empty gallons, then the next store didn't have a refill machine. I wasted money too because only 1 5-gallon was needed for the job. Then the electricity went out when I got back, so I rescheduled for the next business day of Monday. The job got completed and house was smelling good. I even got the vents cleaned for a little extra charge.
