I have a 2-story condo in North Pomona and the toilet over-flowed, I contacted Complete Carpet Restoration and talked with Gary. He was so reassuring that everything would be ok. He said he would be there within the hour and he was. Monty, the supervisor assessed the severity of the damage and was very kind. Gary, the owner then called me to let me what needed to be done. Air movers, dehumidifiers, dry wall needed to be cut-out, ceiling had to be dropped and new carpet. He contacted the insurance company and was able to relocate my tenants into a hotel for two weeks. The time it took to get the water damage completely redone. Gary stayed in contact with me providing me details as it was coming along. They packed out the furniture and made sure everything was safe into their warehouse. It looks fantastic. It was a smooth transition. I am so happy with the service and the care given by Gary.

Gary, the owner, sent his crew who arrived at the designated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to the cleaning I had a lot of questions and Gary was always responsive and kind, never frustrated with me, which could have easily happened, because not only did I ask him many questions, but, I also changed the date for the service two or three times as we had the So Cal May Gray which we hadn't seen in a number of years. The heat we had in the winter had disappeared and I needed for the carpet to be dry by the end of the day. The carpet and upholstery came out very well considering that both the sectional and the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The nap of the carpet came back and looks great. The area on the arms of the sectional where it was dirty from normal use they got it clean and the sectional looks great too. I will have Gary come and clean for us at least once a year if not every six months. <br />The cleaning took about 2 hours. We had him clean the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedroom plus the huge sectional. Everything was pretty much dry by 6pm. CCR did a great job <br />

Gary was able to schedule very quickly and came out in less than a week from when I first called to schedule. I had a choice of days. He was prompt and personable. He listened to our issues in a walk through and then he got right to work. Our carpets are old and dirty. They are light colored and we have a kid and pets and just aren't very gentle on our carpets. He did a great job! He worked h****** the pet spots and all of the other stains that we had in our carpets. We are happy to be ready for the upcoming holiday season. I highly recommend his services.

Was on time and very professional. Carpets are at least 18 years old and wanted them clean for the holidays. Considering I knew how much wear and tear was on the carpet, let alone sun and pet stain fading, he did a quick and efficient job.

<p>My husband made the phone call on Wednesday, and the C.C.R. appointment was made for the next day. The truck and two workers showed up on time, did a walk-thru to see what had to be done, talked to my husband about specifics he might have in mind, and then went right to work. They were very thorough, did some pre-spotting, pre-vacuumed, and did a steam rinse when finishing up. The work only took about 2 hours. I forgot to ask for paper runners in the hallways, but I'm sure they would have provided. Dan and Teddy definitely did a really good job. The house smells so good - like citrus - and the doggie smell is not prevalent now. I will use this company in the future. </p> <br />
