My name is Suzy, owner of Complete Cleaning Services. I began cleaning homes in 2005. With a family history of women who love a clean home or business and have cleaned others homes for years not to mention myself being OCD with a clean home I decided to start my own business. I also have talked with so many women and men that were tired of paying to have their home clean only to come home and it’s not what they thought it was going to be. I know how difficult it can be to find dependable, trustworthy and quality work that fits into your budget especially with today’s economy. I pride myself on being all of the above and have always enjoyed the reaction from my clients after I have finished with their home, as I clean their home the way I clean my own. Complete Cleaning Service is run by a husband and wife team providing excellent and quality service. Our excellent references speak for themselves. "This was taken to court and proven that the job was done. This member refused to pay for the services rendered. A judgment was awarded to complete cleaning services based on proof provided by both parties. The member was asked to come to the house to look over the job. They never showed up and basically wanted services without paying for them. It’s very unfortunate that people do this to small businesses."

"[Member Name Removed] I'm terribly sorry you were not satisfied. When we talked and scheduled your appointment I had mentioned the team had one other job before yours. I gave you a time frame and mentioned they would be there give or take 15 minutes. When you texted me asking about their arrival I gave you a time and they were there within that time. I had told you it would be 2 girls one hour. You mentioned you wanted the bathroom and the floors done. I told you if they had time left after that you could let them know what you wanted done with the remaining time. You told them the kitchen. They got done what they could within the time that was left. I did talk with the girls and they said you had told them the house was older and they did the best they could with what they were cleaning. . The girls said you told them you were pleased with the service. I wish you would have called me to discuss it and I would have had any issues taken care of. I was unaware you were unhappy until seeing this post which is 10 days after the service. Again I'm terribly sorry. The girls said you told them you were pleased.
