My name is Suzy, owner of Complete Cleaning Services. I began cleaning homes in 2005. With a family history of women who love a clean home or business and have cleaned others homes for years not to mention myself being OCD with a clean home I decided to start my own business. I also have talked with so many women and men that were tired of paying to have their home clean only to come home and it’s not what they thought it was going to be. I know how difficult it can be to find dependable, trustworthy and quality work that fits into your budget especially with today’s economy. I pride myself on being all of the above and have always enjoyed the reaction from my clients after I have finished with their home, as I clean their home the way I clean my own. Complete Cleaning Service is run by a husband and wife team providing excellent and quality service. Our excellent references speak for themselves. HORRIBLY. She did NOT clean our house, and when we refused to pay her the full amount she took us to court. We were COMPLETELY ripped off. She charged us $395 to mop our floors!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. My toddler would have done a better job. It only allows me to post 10 pictures but I have over 40.

"This was taken to court and proven that the job was done. This member refused to pay for the services rendered. A judgment was awarded to complete cleaning services based on proof provided by both parties. The member was asked to come to the house to look over the job. They never showed up and basically wanted services without paying for them. It’s very unfortunate that people do this to small businesses."

I hired this company for weekly housecleaning. At first, it was good, but within a few months, with different crews coming in, the work quality slipped and the cleaners would spend more time on their cell phones and trying to talk to me than actually working. The company raised my fees within a few weeks, saying that my home needed more work than expected. That didn't make sense to me, given that they were working for two hours each time, no more, no less. The same two hours of work was suddenly supposed to cost more? That's illogical. I believe it was more of an example of bait and switch - come in at a good rate and then increase costs once you have someone used to the service.

Complete Cleaning did a very thorough job pre-cleaning a rental home we are moving into. They arrived as planned, completed the job on time and communicated punctually. I had used this company in the past for a brief time. Then I had a move early last fall. They came and cleaned the house I was leaving and cleaned the house I was moving into. It made everything so much easier during a very hectic time and it was a very reasonable price for such a lot of work. I now have them come clean every two weeks for me (also very reasonably priced). The owner is very responsive to whatever you need and quickly tries to accommodate you. The cleaning staff are very nice and hard workers. I can highly recommend them.

Arrived late. Started cleaning the already clean areas though I specifically showed them which areas needed cleaning. Shower head and glass doors uncleaned. They spent over 45 minutes just for shower and floor. Then went over to vacuum the new carpets. Fortunately I stopped them before they wasted any more time. Hardly spent 10 minutes in the kitchen that needed scrubbing and heavy cleaning. The said their one hour was up and left leaving the kitchen unclean. After they left I checked the cabinets and found them sticky. Next day I bought a heavy duty degreaser and cleaned the kitchen myself. I would not recommend these cleaners.

I gave you a time frame and mentioned they would be there give or take 15 minutes. When you texted me asking about their arrival I gave you a time and they were there within that time. I had told you it would be 2 girls one hour. You mentioned you wanted the bathroom and the floors done. I told you if they had time left after that you could let them know what you wanted done with the remaining time. You told them the kitchen. They got done what they could within the time that was left. I did talk with the girls and they said you had told them the house was older and they did the best they could with what they were cleaning. . The girls said you told them you were pleased with the service. I wish you would have called me to discuss it and I would have had any issues taken care of. I was unaware you were unhappy until seeing this post which is 10 days after the service. Again I'm terribly sorry. The girls said you told them you were pleased. They did a pretty good job. I think I would have them back. Housekeeping is a process where they learn how you like things cleaned. It was not perfect but it was good enough to have them back to work on getting it perfect for me.

From the first time I requested an estimate, Suzy was prompt with her communication and scheduled an appointment a couple months out, which worked perfectly for me. She emailed and texted a reminder about 5-7 days out from my appointment. Her staff arrived on time. After giving them a tour of my home, they immediately started working and continued for about2.5 hours (three workers). My home was very dusty but they moved furniture, vacuumed rugs, cleaned hardwood, cleaned appliances, made the beds, and cleaned the bathrooms very well.

I contacted Complete Cleaning because of their good rating on Angie's list. I wanted a whole house cleaning but I could not afford the rates they were charging so I opted to just have both bathrooms thoroughly cleaned and all the downstairs floors swept and mopped. At first it went well. However, over time I noticed that the girls were coming later and leaving sooner and did not seem to be doing as thorough of a job. The last couple of times I noticed that one of the bathroom floors did not appear to have been mopped as there was still dirt in the corners of the floor after the girls left and I ended up cleaning it myself. Then I began to notice other things that were not being done and the showers looked less clean each time. Eventually, as service went downhill, I decided I was going to stop the service with Complete Cleaning. I just wasn't happy with the level of cleaning being done. I decided to hire another cleaner. They charged much less and did a much more detailed job. I could really tell the difference after they left. Seeing how much more this service was willing to do for half the money I was currently paying was an eye opener. Now I can get my whole house deep cleaned and bi-monthly service for just a little more than what I was paying them to do just two bathrooms and some floors once a month.
