He never called. We called several times and finally got a message saying his company doesn't usually fix Bosch appliances, (even though that brand was on the list of appliances they service), the piece would be hard to find so we should just buy a new dryer. <br />

Response from Complete Heating & Air Conditioning
"Thank you for doing business with you, the installation of your father's furnace was done professionally, your father was very satisfied and happy with the work we did for him. We gave him a receipt and upon your request, we faxed you a copy of the receipt again, and we called to make sure that you did receive it, your response was positive and you thanked us for the prompt service and the work we did for your father. Unfortunately, we don't understand why you made this bad review about our company. Again thank you, we appreciate your business."

I had a fire back in October 2012 and All State paid for everything when I had my new home built. While the fireman were still on the property they were here. They covered everything! They were efficint, caring and promt. They were also very responsive when I called them and had Elko Construction come out right away. They had 2 cleaners the American Cleaning Company come out as well.

My tenant's oven was not working. I called All State (aka RC HVAC). They came out the next day at the time they said they would. They called me before they started the job which I had asked them to do. My tenant said he fixed the oven right away. Their basic service call charge is $35.00 which they credited toward the repair bill of $189.00. The repair included the cost of the actual thermostat. I think this is a pretty good price compared to the last appliance repair company I used. They would not bill me; I had to give them my credit card number before they would do the work. I have only had one experience with them but I plan to use them again.

After calls to different companies on the list, I settled on All State Co. The customer services representatives (I spoke with two ladies) were very nice and provided all information needed to schedule my appointment including accepted forms of payment. They had next day service available but I had to push it out a week due to my work schedule. I called they day before to confirm my appointment without any difficulty. The gentleman arrived within the provided timeframe. I received a phone call to confirm my address and was provided an eta for arrival. The technician arrive (removed his shoes from the snow, yea!) and got to work. The repair required the removal of a wood panel next to the dishwasher. This was done and the repair completed. I presented my credit card for payment and was asked if I could write a personal check directly to the technician (he said it took forever for him to get paid). Against my better judgement, I did so, but made a copy of the check. After the technician left, I ran the dishwasher and noticed water was still leaking and that the wood panel had not been properly re-attached. I contacted All State to let them know the repair had not been completed and to discuss the issue with the check indicating that I wanted to provide a copy of the written check to acknowledge receipt of payment for service. The lady I spoke provided the fax number with no issue and indicated she would speak with her manager regarding the request for payment made to the technician. When asked if someone else could come to complete the repair, initially I was told yes but in a subsequent phone call, I was told the original techinician was the only person who repaired dishwashers and any future issues regarding payment I should contact the office prior to making payment. The technician returned and completed the repair.

They were fine when I called them. They referred me to the contractor promptly. They arranged for the payment directly. I have no complaints. I had to pay the deductible amount of $500.

Clothes dryer motor went out. All State was called at 9am. I was told to expect someone between 10am and 12pm. I was happy for the same day quick service call. I really appreciated that considering my tight schedule. Jesse called within window timeframe saying he was on his way. Jesse determined it was a bad motor (my suspicion all along so i didn't argue). He made a call to get a price quote for me of $198 for part, labor, and 3 month warranty. Price seemed fair for me as the part alone online costs $80-$100. Jesse quickly took the thing apart to make the switch (he had a spare motor in his van). very good thing. Jesse had a bit of trouble getting the old motor out so he went to get some help. He wasn't gone for long. he return with another gentleman and they got it out right away. and had the dryer reassembled in no time.. Jesse was courteous and professional. from my initial call at 9am to when they were finished at around 12pm i think that was excellent. Fast service call. Fair price. And they didn't even wake my sleeping 9 month old in the next room! :)
