In short, the job was done incompletely and/or poorly; the owner tried to ignore my requests for the work to be completed/corrected; and is now blowing me off completely. Here’s the fuller story: Jason Horvath/Complete Home Exterior Cleaning Services contracted to install screening in all eaves of my house (except one that we both agreed was too high/precarious) to prevent birds from nesting in them. However, he only installed the screening in the eaves he could easily reach and/or if he did install in the others, he did not fasten the screening securely. Birds were immediately nesting again. I called him to give him the chance to redo the work. He pretended not to remember who I was, repeatedly kept asking for my address, scheduled an appointment to come look at the eaves, but never showed up that day or called. I called him after waiting around till mid afternoon, but received no apology for wasting my day. Then we rescheduled for a weekday morning at 10am, for which I had to rearrange my work schedule, then 25 minutes before he was supposed to show up he texts me and says he is an animal lover so can’t come install bird spikes (which I never asked him to do in the first place!) and that he couldn’t help me. Thanks and good-bye. He is now ignoring me completely. I would completely avoid Jason Horvath/Complete Home Exterior Cleaning Services.

They did good work quickly, reasonably priced.

Preferred Power Wash,Mattawan, Mi 49071,269-276-0200 did the work,not the above company. Count #1, consumer fraud, Guilty, Count #2, gross misrepresentation, Guilty, Count #3, False advertising, Guilty, 10 phone calls for fixing, correcting, messy work, 7 calls “message box full, good bye,”, 3 calls left on message machine, no response ,nor call back. These con-artist give con-artist a bad name. BBB will be next, followed by Chamber of Commerce, then why not the court house.

Goes over and above what was asked of him, merely because he noticed it needed to be done. Reasonable rates. He’s a pleasure to deal with. Hire this guy, you won’t regret it!!
